With industrial ecology theory and systematic method, study is conducted in the areas of structure combination, running mechanism, and life cycle of corn in Zhaodong city, Helongjiang province, and Xishan village, Zibo city, Shandong province. Some progress has been made.Theory on structure of agricultural ecological economic system which includes element, chain and net of structure has been given firstly from this study. It can be.found that the developing stabilization of the system is the reflection of structural diversity and independence, the developing speed of the system is the reflection of structural dominance and openness of the system.It can be shown from the case in Xishan village, Shandong province with structural.theory of ecological system that the system can keep relative but lower level stability when higher structural diversity in system exists with limited size of each one component. It is calculated that the index of the structural diversity of system is.0.6556, while the index of the dominant structural component is only 0.15. This.means that the system can not get more chance to develop faster. The most.harmonized state reflected by number is the index of the structural diversity and index of the dominant structural component both keeping at 0.4-0.5..Study on life cycle of corn in Zhaodong city, Helongjiang province shows that the life cycle of corn can be divided into three stages, that is production, deep processing and integrated utilization of corn products(including grains, straw, foot, core),.recycling use of by-products from corn processing (such as embryo, CO2, pot ale,waterwater etc.). Traditional process modeling as land corn using one time return to earth is a perfect process with low production efficiency. Higher efficiency is coming.from the change of the life cycle of corn into earth products of corn processing integrated using of products and by-products from corn processing returning to earth.Analysis of corn life cycle shows us that the output rates of N, P2O5, K2O with forms.of economic products are 45.72%、43.00% and 29.20% respectively, the rates of out of the system of the N, P2O5, K2O are 12.95%、26.58% and 23.33% respectively.Over at least half of the flowing nutrients can be reused. This can show us both problems and chances exiting in developing process of the system.Study shows that the biggest factor influencing the sustainable development of the system is the use of by-products of corn. It has threatened not only the production of corn but its processing, especially the environment of corn production. Therefore,.great attention must be put on the integrated utilization of the by-products producing in corn life cycle treatment. The corn life cycle charactering as soilcorn producing.processing of grain, core and straw, and root returning integrated utilization of by-products of corn processing with methods such as biological, chemical and physical root is a very good model in Zhaodong city which has severe salt and basification soil.
利用生命周期评价(LCA )的思想和方法对农业生态经济系统产品的组织、开发、市场、技术、环境、体制等全过程中的各种行为进行跟踪和分析,筛选和建立评价农业生态经济系统行为的指标体系和模型评价方法。选择典型系统进行分析、模拟和检验,探讨对我国农业生态经济系统产品进行生命周期管理(LCM )的合理模式与实际策略。
