自然垄断性产业价格管制模型研究

This project bases on the new theory of Regulatory Economics,designs a model of price regulation according to the technologic and economic characteristics of China’s natural monopoly industries, and does a more extensive research about price regulation. If this new model of price regulation is used in practice, it maybe promote social allocation efficiency, stimulate enterprises to raise production efficiency and let enterprises have developing potential, and it will also promote governments to make regulated price for natural monopoly industries more reasonably and to raise regulatory efficiency. This project will also promote Regulatory Economics, the new multi-subject to develop in China

本研究项目将运用政府管制经济学理论，根据我国自然垄断生产业的技术经济特征，设计自然垄断性产业价格管制总模型，并根据自然垄断性产业的不同业务性质和区域性，设计相应的价格管制子模型。在新的价格管制模型下，将有利于促进社会分配效率，刺激企业提高生产效率，维护企业的发展潜力；提高政府对自然垄断性产业价格管制的科学性和管制效率。.
