西南山地典型历史文化城镇“生态-人文-技术”耦合机制与规划干预研究

Pointed to the regional characteristics of historical and cultural towns in mountainous area of Southwest China, the study start with the two aspects: its "Eco-Humanities-Technology" coupling mechanism and its and planning intervention mechanism..Using the theory and methods of human settlement and spatial analysis, the study conducts a deep research on the theories of "Eco-Humanities-Technology" coupling mechanism in historical and cultural towns in mountainous area of Southwest China, for finding the rule or law of its spatial distribution and temporal evolution, and exploring its planning appropriate interventions theory and method. We try to propose different types of coupled model in different mountainous historical and cultural towns, and conduct empirical research in typical mountainous historical and cultural towns. .The main contents include: study on "Eco-Humanities-Technology" coupling process and characteristics in typical historical and cultural towns in mountainous area of Southwest China; effect mechanism, coupling rule and typical models of "Eco-Humanities-Technology" in mountainous towns; and the new coupling strategy of planning moderate intervention on.mountainous historical and cultural towns under the background of “new urbanization”..The study aimed to explore the internal mechanism of "Eco-Humanities-Technology" coupling and the planning intervention. In the new background, make "Eco-Humanities-Technology" the three to the real coupling by planning appropriate intervention. And provide scientific reference and support for the sustainable development of mountainous historical and cultural towns and the “Ecological Civilization” of all towns in mountainous area of Southwest China.

针对西南山地历史文化城镇的地域特点，从其生态、人文与技术三者的耦合机制及其规划干预机理两个方面入手，运用人居环境科学理论与空间分析方法，开展山地历史文化城镇人居环境建设过程中的“生态-人文-技术”耦合机理的理论研究，探索西南山地历史文化城镇“生态-人文-技术”耦合的空间规律和规划适度干预的理论与方法，提出不同类型的山地历史文化城镇耦合模式，并在典型山地历史文化城镇开展实证研究。研究内容包括：西南典型山地历史文化城镇“生态-人文-技术”耦合过程与特征研究；西南山地城镇“生态-人文-技术”作用机制、耦合规律与模式研究；新型城镇化下山地历史文化城镇规划适度干预的新型耦合策略研究。研究旨在探寻西南山地历史文化城镇“生态-人文-技术”耦合内在机制与规划干预机理，在新的背景下，通过规划适度干预，使得生态-人文-技术的真正耦合，为西南地区山地城镇的“生态文明”与山地历史文化城镇可持续发展提供科学的参考。

山地历史文化城镇具有独特的空间形态与文化价值。其地域特殊性决定了城镇在建设发展过程中势必涉及生态、人文与技术的相互影响与发展。历史文化城镇作为一种人类物质与非物质文化传承的载体，不仅承担了人类种族延续与生存的功能，还承担了人文生态与自然生态融合、古今历史文脉相承的功能，而这期间，伴随这生产力的进步与技术的革新，体现着历代人民的劳动智慧。事实上，山地历史文化城镇的产生与发展，无不是其生态、人文与技术的相互作用的结果，三者之间或相互促进、或此消彼长，在山地历史文化城镇有着不可切断的联系，而明确其中的作用机制是做好城镇规划的基本前提。.本项目开展了重庆市历史文化名镇调研及其保护规划实施评估，对重庆市43个历史文化名镇进行来深入调查与研究，构建评估指标体系，对其进行分类评估，得出结论，发现问题，并针对性地提出规划实施建议。开展了山地历史文化城镇“生态-人文-技术”耦合现象与特征规律研究，发现这种耦合现象普遍存在，且在不同的历史时期有着不同的特点，为当地文脉延续、生态平衡和技术更新提供鲜活范本。通过项目研究，总结特征、发现规律，为当代山地城镇建设提供了经验与教训，带来了启发与思考。项目研究整理出了西南典型山地历史文化城镇空间的历史发展过程；分析了山地历史文化城镇生态-人文-技术的耦合过程；总结了山地历史文化城镇不同尺度下的耦合特点与空间效应；发现了山地历史文化城镇中“生态－人文－技术”的耦合机理；剖析了耦合现象与保护规划要素的关系；提出了基于耦合规律的山地历史文化城镇保护规划的优化策略，并在三峡地区选取典型山地历史文化城镇开展规划干预实践，取得了良好效果。.本项目深入探寻西南山地历史文化城镇“生态—人文—技术”耦合内在机制与规划干预机理，具有一定科学意义。在新的背景下，通过规划适度干预，使得生态-人文-技术的真正耦合，为西南地区山地城镇的“生态文明”与山地历史文化城镇可持续发展提供科学的参考。
