This project has developed the new hardware and software of flow cytometer. That is (1) Designed and manufactured automatical device of the charging delay time and real time display for flow cytometer cell-sorting. This design simplified the operation and raised cell-sorting efficiency, and the higher sorting recovery and sorting rate can be achieved, at the same time high sorting purity is secured. (2) Designed a low-voltage and low price charging circuit for flow cytometer cell sorter which is a good alternative to the import instrument which use high voltage one, especially to researcher who hopes to build his own personal instrument. (3) A new data analysis software was developed, which can fits and quantitatively calculates the DNA distribution ration of cells in apoptosis and calculates the correlation coefficiency of variations of multiple parameters of cells. This project has developed flow cytometer analyzing and sorting function and has important foreseeable application prospect in the biology and medical research.
