At presnet,the incedence of brucellosis is rising year after year, which caused great economic and social damage. After analysis the MRI demonstration of the spine in endemic brucellosis, we can find out a lot of symptoms which currently can not been explained through the research of brucellosis. The purpose of this subject is to do a comparison through the animal experiment and human skeletal brucellosis case in order to continue the further research for brucellosis and explain the MRI by the trial of pathologic morphology that aim to find out the common point and difference based on the comparison of the result of animal experiment and clinical case analysis. Relationship and correlation between the increased bone density in the vertebral X-ray examination and low signal intensity of the MR;display of the ossification ligament in the X-ray examination and MRI,to judge the spinal cord compression indirectly by the measure of vertebral diameter(the tube) through X-ray examination,and the MRI shows directly the sensitivity and specificity when the spinal cord compression happened. And the analysis of symptom and reason in MRI about pathological changes in the spinal cord, whether we can use MRI to monitor the degree of brucellosis? Whether the excessive intake leads to the pathology sclerosis (in different degree) of bone tissue in MRI is corresponding to the MRI of clinical skeletal brucellosis. Analysis for human skeletal brucellosis pathology will be done through optics and electron microscope and compare the result with animal experiment pathology so as to analyze the common point and difference.
目前,全国的布氏杆菌病发病率呈现逐年上升趋势,造成巨大的经济、社会损失。我们分析布病脊柱磁共振(MR)成像发现许多表现用目前的研究成果无法解释。本课题利用动物实验和人体病例对照研究对布病进一步探讨,找出两者共同点和差异性,并通过实验中的组织病理学改变解释MR成像表现。①椎骨X线骨密度增高与MR信号强度减低之间的关系及两者的相关性;②X线和MR成像对骨化韧带显示以及X线测量椎管径线间接判定脊髓受压和MR成像直接显示脊髓受压的敏感性和特异性;③脊髓病理学改变在MR成像上的表现及其原因分析;④是否可以用MR成像监测布氏杆菌中毒程度?⑤布氏杆菌导致动物骨组织在MR成像显示的病理学改变能否与临床布氏杆菌病MR成像相对应?⑥人体布氏杆菌病骨骼病理将在光学和电子显微镜下分析并与动物实验病理进行比较,分析两者的共同点和差异性,达到早期诊断、早期治疗的目的,减轻患者的经济负担,减少医疗资源的浪费。
