互动与共享机制如何提升开放式创新有效性：基于网络治理视角的研究

This research aimes to investigate the structure of relational pluralism within organizations in the open innovation value network, and analyzes the components and the functions of interactive and sharing mechanisms, to improve the effectiveness of open innovation. The research adopts the perspective of relational pluralism and network government, combines open innovation, organizational learning and relational theory, design research content from three aspects：1) from the relational approach, we will study how the multiple ties in open innovation network improve innovation performance；2）from the perspective of network governance, we will study the components of interactive mechanism, and examine the fit between interactive mechanism and open innovation network; examine the components of sharing mechanism, and the fit between sharing mechanism and open innovation network; 3) then integrate the characteristics of open innovation, interactive mechanisms and sharing mechanisms to construct the open innovation network government theory. The research tries to reveal the open innovation network structure characteristics, value creation and value sharing process, to provide suggestions to design and combine the open innovation network to co-create value and allocate value for improving the network effectiveness, and building a mutual benefit and continuous innovation ecosystem.

本研究旨在解析开放式创新价值网络中企业与不同主体的多重关系构成，以及网络治理中共享与互动机制的构成与作用，提升开放式创新有效性。从关系多重性和网络治理视角出发，结合开放式创新理论，组织学习理论，关系理论，从三方面设计研究内容：1）从网络关系观出发，解析焦点企业与不同主体以多种联结形式存在并共同创造价值，分析开放式创新价值网络的多重关系构成；2）从网络治理视角出发，分析网络治理机制中互动机制构成及其与开放式创新网络的匹配关系；解析共享机制构成及其与开放式创新网络匹配关系。3）整合网络特征、互动机制和共享机制，构建开放式创新网络治理和获利机制理论体系。通过揭示开放式创新网络构成特征、价值共同创造和价值分享规律，为企业开展开放式创新多重网络组合设计，构建网络中共同创造价值的互动机制，以及网络中进行价值分享的共享机制，促进开放式创新网络创造更大价值，构建互利持续创新生态圈提供管理对策和政策建议。

为应对技术的快速更迭和竞争的不断加速，企业越来越重视利用外部力量有效开展创新活动。项目旨在探讨如何通过组合不同类型开放式创新模式，以及构建互动机制和共享机制以提升企业开放式创新的有效性。主要研究结论包括：（1）结合网络理论、联盟理论、双元理论与竞合理论等多重理论视角，分析企业开放式创新不同特征、类型及其组合关系。从网络视角出发，探讨开放式创新模式中合作、投资行为、并购、技术转让活动、平台构建等背后基于技术与商业网络等多重组合关系的内在逻辑；从双元学习视角对开放式创新模式与探索应用活动组合关系进行分析，并探讨在多重制度机制作用下开放式双元创新组合关系及其演进过程规律；从竞合关系视角出发，分析企业在与外部构建合作联盟的开放式创新模式中根据联盟竞合关系特征的组合方式。（2）在不同情境下探讨开放式创新模式组合关系的有效性，以及不同情境下开放式创新参与者之间互动过程机制。针对开放式创新模式中的合作联盟模式，探讨在动态环境中竞合视角下联盟组合关系及其治理机制的选择，从动态关系观出发对动态环境中网络治理机制，包括关系治理与契约治理机制在情境变化下的有效性进行研究。（3）针对动态环境中开放式创新模式与治理机制匹配进行研究，在联盟情境中分析伙伴间的知识分享机制和联盟治理机制对联盟伙伴稳定性与探索性创新活动之间关系的影响。进一步，分析企业嵌入全球价值链的开放网络构建，促进企业在全球价值网络中位置提升。项目丰富了开放式创新理论，为提升企业开放式创新有效性，构建互利持续创新生态圈提供管理对策和政策建议。
