With the increasing gap of demand and supply on water resource and phenomenon of "urban waterlogging", sustainable use of rainwater resource is becoming an urgent problem to solve to satisfy the need for China's economic and social development. Although it is widely recognized that ecological and comprehensive rainwater management is one of the effective ways to solve the above problem, there are three major obstacles for building an efficient urban ecological rainwater management system in China: lack of systematic rainwater management measures, weak compatibility between rainwater management and landscape system, and shortage of advanced technology. Given that landscape spatial planning has long-term and structural effects on rainwater recycling and utilization, this project focuses on three levels of spatial planning: urban general planning, urban green space system planning and urban river system planning, from an interdisciplinary perspective. Building on the interaction between rainwater recycling pattern and spatial planning, this project will combine hydrological processes analysis and landscape spatial analysis in investigating effective landscape spatial planning strategies for urban ecological rainwater management. It will have implications on the layout and control indicators of urban general space, urban green space system and urban river system, and finally helps to establish a multidisciplinary integration decision system on landscape planning for ecological rainwater management.
水资源供求矛盾的加剧和"城市看海"现象的日渐突出使得雨水资源的可持续利用成为我国经济社会发展急需解决的现实性问题。国内外普遍认为雨水的生态化、综合化管理和利用是解决上述问题的有效途径。但是目前我国城市雨水管理措施系统性差、与景观系统间协调性不充分以及研究技术手段落后等问题,阻碍了城市生态化雨洪管理利用系统的形成。因此本课题鉴于景观空间规划对于城市雨水循环利用有长期结构性作用的事实,从城市总体规划、城市绿地系统规划、城市水系规划三个层次的空间规划入手,开展多学科综合性研究。具体来说,此项目将水文学过程分析法与景观空间分析法进行耦合,以雨水资源循环模式、特点与空间规划间的互动为线索,探讨城市的生态化雨洪管理型景观空间规划策略;提出城市总体空间、绿地系统和河湖水系在布局结构和控制指标方面的规划模式及设计建议;最终构建城市生态化雨洪管理型景观规划的多学科集成化决策系统。
