国家高新区企业公司创业多层次作用机制研究

Although the importance of enterprises in National High-tech Zones for independent innovation, industrial structure upgrading, and economic renewal and development, particularly in transition economies, is more and more recognized, there is relatively little research, both theoretically and empirically, on them. The objective of this project is to take account of these research gaps: First, we argue that the main driver of their performance is corporate entrepreneruship according to resource-based view of the firm and corporate entrepreneurship perspective; Second, based on institutional theory and industrial organization economics, we mainly examine the action mechanisms of corporate entrepreneurship from institution (economic, ploitcial, and social institutions) and industry (structural uncertainty, industrial growth, industrial regulation, competitive pressure, and capacity utilization) levels. Finally, we compare the different effects of institution, industry, and firm as well as their interaction effects. The project will advance strategic management theory by integrating institution theory, industrial organiztion economics, and resource-based view of the firm to inform corporate entrepreneurship among enterprises in National High-tech Zones. Supports for our model would indicate that managers pay more attention to multi-level, say, instituion, industry, and firm, influencing factors on promoting corporate entrepreneruship in order to get sustaining competitive advantages.

处于转型经济中的国家高新区企业在促进自主创新、产业结构升级、以及国民经济发展等方面起着越来越举足轻重的作用。但是，理论和实践上对于国家高新区企业的认识还十分缺乏。本研究旨在填补这些空白：首先，基于资源基础和公司创业理论，本研究认为高新区企业绩效企业层面的主要源泉在于公司创业；其次，基于制度和产业组织理论，本研究认为高新区区域层次的制度发展（包括经济、政治和社会制度）和产业动态特征（包括结构不确定性、产业增长、产业规制、竞争压力和产能利用率）对园区企业的公司创业作用机制有重要的影响；最后，比较制度、产业、和企业层次对公司创业作用机制的差别，并探讨多个层次的综合交互调节作用。该研究通过整合制度理论、产业组织理论、资源基础理论和公司创业理论丰富了转型经济下战略管理的研究，为国家高新区企业的创新和变革以获得持续竞争优势提供了可操作性的实践启示。

在国家自然科学基金（70272104）的资助下，本项目团队从高新区制度环境、产业环境、企业特征以及多层次环境交互作用的角度探讨高新区企业公司创业作用机制的差异，取得了一系列成果。具体而言：共计发表期刊论文9篇，其中“Human Resource Systems, Employee Creativity, and Firm Innovation: The Moderating Role of Firm Ownership”发表在管理学顶级期刊《Academy of Management Journal》；由南京大学出版社出版了一本《国家高新区企业公司创业研究》专著，该专著得到了国内创新创业教育领域两位重量级带头人南开大学张玉利教授和中山大学李新春教授的推荐序，认为该专著适时提出了高新区企业公司创业获得的多层次影响机制模型，从区域制度环境、产业环境和企业本身的环境分析了公司创业的关键影响因素及其绩效作用机制，对转型经济下国家高新区“二次创业”和持续创业有重要的借鉴指导意义，弥补了我国创业学领域针对具体高新区情境下公司创业研究的空白，对我国创业学领域的情境化探索做出了有益的探索；为南京白下高新区和苏州第一工园做了有关优化创业环境，更好为园区企业服务的咨询报告，受到高新区管理委员会的一致好评，应用前景广泛，并用研究成果为苏宁集团、享佳健康和美的集团提供了战略转型和公司创业建议，积累了丰富的一手数据和资料；积极参加了五次高水平的国内外学术会议，交流汇报了项目成果；培养毕业了7名优秀硕士研究生，正在培养5名硕士研究生和5名博士研究生；还有几篇优秀的工作论文正在Journal of Management Studies等优秀期刊的审稿中。总之，这些研究成果的取得表明本研究项目在研究数量和质量方面都已很好地达到了预期的研究目标。
