京津冀北地区都市区与非都市区的互动关系及演变模式

Being recognized as one of the typical regions of well-developed Metropolitan Area and Metropolitan Interlocking Region (MIR) in China, the Beijing-Tianjin and Northern Hebei region has been experiencing a rapidly growing decade with remarkable changes in the spatial extension of metropolitan areas and interaction patterns between metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas. The research project takes this region as research area, concerning interactive relationship, contact pattern，spatial structure and evolution mode under the background of rapid urbanization. By using a reliable dataset from large scale survey for typical regions, the project initiates an analysis on the spatial structure of various types of regions within the metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas from the viewpoints of population, land use and industrial development, and goes in-depth on the interlocking pattern and spatial relationship of landscapes and factors among them in order to proclaim the regional evolution path and driving mechanism during the further development of metropolitan area. The research covers more than Beijing, Tianjin and 7 prefectural level cities. Relevant data comes from the fifth and sixth Population Census, the 1% Population Sampling Survey (2005), remote sensing images and surveys of land use change from the Departments of Land and Resources in particular years, Economic Census and local socioeconomic statistics. Based on the comparison with existing interaction and spatial patterns between metropolitan and non-metropolian areas in Beijing-Tianjin and Northern Hebei region and those demonstrated research achievements in the field of mega-city region and metropolitan studies in western countries, the project tries to propose a framework about the features, problems, trends, mechanism and typical patterns of metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas during the urban and regional development in the context of urbanization with Chinese charateristics. The research findings would enrich the relevant theories of Urban Geography and also provide references for the understanding and decision-making in regardof metropolitan development in China.

京津冀北地区都市区和非都市区的发展及其发展中的互动关系在我国城市密集地区发展中具有典型性和一定的代表性。本项目以北京、天津和河北北部7地市为研究范围，关注现阶段快速城镇化背景下该地区城市功能扩展过程中都市区-非都市区的互动关系、联系方式、空间结构及其演变模式。在结合较丰富的数据资料和实地调研改进都市区识别指标、界定不同时期都市区单元的基础上，从人口、产业、用地和空间联系流等视角重点分析中国特色城镇化背景下都市区格局变动与都市区-非都市区的互动关系、联系内容、联系方式、空间结构特征及演化过程和趋势。系统总结中外既有相关理论和新近研究成果，通过对比分析，从都市区-非都市区互动发展的表现形式、影响因素和动力机制角度，研究提出城市和区域发展过程中都市区-非都市区互动关系的典型模式和演变过程。研究成果可丰富城市地理学相关理论方法，也可为我国城市密集地区都市区和非都市有序发展提供认识依据和决策参考。

人口和经济要素高度集聚的城市密集地区是城市地理研究一向关注的区域类型。已有研究对这类地区的核心区比如中心城市和都市区的空间演变关注较多，但对都市区与非都市区的关系研究相对较少。京津冀北地区是我国处在快速城镇化的快速发展阶段的重要的城市密集地区之一，都市区和非都市区的发展及其发展中的互动关系在我国城市密集地区发展中具有典型性和一定的代表性。.本项目以北京、天津和河北为研究范围，关注现阶段快速城镇化背景下该地区城市功能扩展过程中都市区-非都市区的互动关系、联系方式、空间结构及其演变模式。项目采用第五和第六次人口普查数据、第二和第三次经济普查、土地利用变更数据及相应年份经济社会统计数据的基础上，分析京津冀地区城市和都市区发展的基本空间特征和界定不同时期都市区单元的基础上，从人口、产业、用地和产业间联系等视角，重点分析中国特色城镇化背景下都市区格局变动、都市区-非都市区的互动关系、空间结构特征及演化过程和趋势。项目系统总结中外既有相关理论和新近研究成果，分析了国内典型城市群地区的空间结构特征和空间过程模式，通过对比分析，从都市区-非都市区互动发展的表现形式、 城市功能地域空间扩展特征及影响因素和动力机制角度，提出城市和区域发展过程中都市区-非都市区互动关系的典型模式和演变过程。在都市区发育的空间过程、都市区-非都市区相互作用及其在人口集聚和产业集聚与扩散方面的空间过程、全球化背景下大都市区经济社会结构演变及其空间结构效应、多种空间要素影响下的城市空间模式变迁、新增城镇化人口空间选择的机制与效应、都市区治理模式与演变等方面，提出了新的研究发现。.研究成果对于丰富城市地理学关于城市密集地区发展模式及机制有理论价值，也可为我国引导城市密集地区都市区和非都市有序发展提供认识依据和决策参考，具有现实意义。
