我国企业创新柔性的组织控制及其模拟系统研究

This project research was guided by the balance problem between enterprise innovation and control arise from the complex, rapid changed multi-transformational economy. Based on the classical organization and strategic control theory, we make a deep and syncratic research on the economy theory, organization theory, behavior science and systematic sciences, formulate the newly proper scientific theory framework about innovation organization control. And improve the organization theory and mythology by means of strategic innovation and control. After anglicizing database involved in thousands of enterprise and more than two hundred questionnaires, we make five typical firm researches on the spot. We studied the affection of the new-economy characterized by transformation and rapid change on the organization and strategy innovation and control, formulating the "organization strategy control mode based on innovation" and "Dynamic flexible mode organized by capacity and lever", and propose the theory framework of organization innovation and strategic performance control. Especially the relationship research between organization innovation and human capital, and the research on the pattern of executive stock options repricing on the basis of relative performance evaluation are well-thought-of in the domestic academe. The organization strategy innovation and control experimental simulation system based on internet, intranet , extranet and the method of interactive game and intelligent neural network have been study and tested by thousands of enterprise sample and work up . This provide a perfect attempt of dynamic experimental method and means to the enterprise organization innovation and control.

以我国企业在企业制度改革和得组中出现的组织和控制方面的问题为导向，针对组织与控制理论研究中组织与控制分离、控制与创新、授权与责任、刚与柔、稳定与非稳定等组织控制变量之间张力把握的难点，构建体现共生、演进、混沌及经济组织理论，采用博弈，分布式人工智能、人工神经网络等方法技术的创新柔性的组织控制理论及其计算机模拟实验系统。
