供给与需求交互响应视角下的战略性新兴产业成长机制研究

In the context of supply-side structural reform, connecting the understanding of supply-side and demand-side in the industrial level has a great value for creating the supply-side economics which rooting the China’s practice. Strategic emerging industries bear a significant strategic mission, but it is still a need to improve and deepen the concept of industrial economy, to explore the inherent mechanism of its growth has great theoretical value and practical significance. This project focused on the issues during the growing of strategic emerging industries .By utilizing principal component analysis, grey relational analysis, evolutionary game theory, system dynamics and other relevant methods, establish the index system to measure the growth of industry, analyze the special attributes and mechanism of supply and demand, evaluate the contribution of key factors, describe the process mechanism of co-evolution between supply and demand, explore the micro mechanism of supply and demand interaction and its conduction effect on the growth of strategic emerging industries, build the system dynamics model of strategic emerging industry growth mechanism, and simulate the dynamic trend. The achievement of this project will help us uncover the "black box" of the strategic emerging industry growth mechanism, which also find an effective paths to create the Chinese supply-side economics on the meso level and carry out some suggestions for promoting the growth of strategic emerging industries under the background of China's economic development in the new normal science.

供给侧结构性改革背景下，在产业层面打通供给侧与需求侧的认识，对创建扎根中国实践的供给侧经济学具有重要价值。战略性新兴产业承载重大的战略使命，但本身仍是亟待完善和深化的产业经济概念，探索其成长的内在机制具有重大理论价值和现实意义。本项目聚焦战略性新兴产业的成长问题，综合运用主成分分析、灰关联分析、演化博弈、系统动力学等方法，建立测度产业成长的指标体系，分析供给与需求特殊的属性与作用机理，评价关键要素的贡献度，刻画产业与需求之间共生演化的过程机制，探索供需交互响应的微观机理及其对战略性新兴产业成长的传导效应，构建战略性新兴产业成长机制的系统动力学模型，并进行动态趋势的模拟仿真。项目成果有助于揭开战略性新兴产业成长机制的“黑箱”，在中观层面为供给侧经济学“中国化”的理论创建找到切实有效的路径，并为我国在经济发展新常态下科学推进战略性新兴产业成长提供具有指导意义的对策与建议。

本项目首先从理论和实践两方面夯实研究基础：一是基于科学知识图谱的思想与方法，对战略性新兴产业领域十年间的研究景象进行了系统的回溯、梳理和总结，为开启新阶段的研究工作与实践发展提供坚实基础和有价值的参考意见；二是着手建立战略性新兴产业上市公司数据库，使研究工作拥有坚实的数据依托，以便推进方法多元、逻辑严谨的实证研究。然后以资源供给和市场需求作为切入点，分析供给与需求特殊的属性与作用机理，评价关键要素的贡献度，刻画产业与需求之间共生演化的过程机制，探索供需交互响应的微观机理及其对战略性新兴产业成长的传导效应，构建战略性新兴产业成长机制的系统动力学模型，并以中国航空制造业为例进行动态趋势的模拟仿真，评价关键要素的作用，总结产业成长系统中存在的若干问题，据此得出相关的对策建议。项目成果有助于揭开战略性新兴产业成长机制的“黑箱”，在中观层面为供给侧经济学“中国化”的理论创建找到切实有效的路径，并为我国在经济发展新常态下科学推进战略性新兴产业成长提供具有指导意义的对策与建议，促使企业拥有科学的资源投放观点和市场思维，促进政府对战略性新兴产业的规划能够建立在对供给（产业能力）与需求（产业潜力）的双重远见之上。
