男性跨性别认同者艾滋病高危行为及风险预测研究

Male-to-Female Transgenders (MTFs) as one of high-risk subgroups of Men who have sex with men, not only have AIDS high-risky behaviors such as multiple sexual partners, unprotected sexual behaviors, but also most are involved in commercial sexual behaviors, which serve as a "bridge group" in the HIV epidemic. The preventions, treatments and other needs have been ignored by society because these people are the hidden population. Therefore, based on Fisher's theory of the Information-Motivation-Behavioural Skills model (IMB), from the view of AIDS high-risky behaviors, the investigation on MTFs is carried out by the method of qualitative and quantitative research in order to understand the prevalence of AIDS, characteristics of behaviors and its environment. Additionally, based on the structural equation model, a suitable IMB model was established for these populations, and integrated the psychological and social environmental factors, the AIDS risk prediction model is established in order to explore the main risk factors and the key intervention path, as well as to provide scientific evidence for the future development of AIDS prevention and implement of behavior interventions.

男性跨性别认同者（Male-to-Female Transgenders）作为男男性接触者的高危亚群体之一，不仅存在多性伴、非保护性性行为等艾滋病高危行为，同时大多数还参与商业性性行为，是艾滋病向一般人群传播的"桥梁人群"。由于该人群的隐蔽性，使得其防病、治病等的需求一直以来都被社会所忽视。因此，本研究基于Fisher的信息-动机-行为技能理论，从艾滋病高危行为的角度，采用定性和定量研究的方法对男性跨性别认同者进行调查，以期了解其艾滋病感染状况、相关行为特征和行为发生的环境；基于结构方程模型，建立适用于该人群的IMB理论模型；并整合心理和社会环境因素，从而构建艾滋病风险预测模型，找出艾滋病高危行为的主要影响因素及关键干预路径，为今后制订艾滋病防治措施、开展行为干预提供科学依据。
