Immersed in new trend of dramatic development of the internet, and continuous emergence of new technology, new markets and new rules, traditional large enterprises and emerging companies are confronting urgent demand of "intelligent" and "integration"triggered by discontinuous innovation, and meanwhile traditional enterprise value creation mode is also facing the challenge of change. Therefore, with taking the common essential problem as the penetration point under the background of discontinuous innovation, which comes from traditional large enterprises and emerging companies, it is very significant to propose collaborative value creation realization mechanism and to construct collaborative value creation platform..This subject aims to promote traditional enterprise transformation and upgrading and emerging enterprises rapid growth, by conducting theoretical and empirical study on the realization of collaborative value creation between traditional large enterprises and emerging companies under the background of discontinuous innovation. Based on Value Theory, Stakeholder Theory and Complex System Theory, the essence and connotation of collaborative value creation between traditional large enterprises and emerging companies are clarified. Collaborative value creation formation essential factors of traditional large enterprises and emerging companies are target-oriental explored, and evolution mechanism of collaborative value creation between traditional large enterprises and emerging companies is revealed under the system dynamic perspective. And then the collaborative value creation platform is designed matched with the different subjects and environment features. Finally, corresponding policy system and risk response mechanism are established.
互联网迅速发展的新趋势下,新技术、新市场、新规则不断涌现,传统大企业和新兴企业均面临由不连续创新所触发的“智能”与“融合”的迫切需求,企业的传统价值创造模式也面临变革的挑战。因此,从传统大企业与新兴企业在不连续创新背景下的共性本质问题切入,构建协同价值创造平台与运行机制,具有十分重要的意义。.本课题以促进传统大企业转型升级与新兴企业快速成长为目标,在不连续创新背景下,展开传统大企业与新兴企业的协同价值创造实现的理论与实证研究。基于价值创造理论、利益相关者理论和复杂系统等理论,阐明传统大企业与新兴企业协同价值创造的本质与内涵,从目的导向出发探究传统大企业与新兴企业协同价值创造的形成要因,在系统动态视角下揭示传统大企业与新兴企业协同价值创造的演化机理,进而设计出与不同主体特征和环境特征相适配的协同价值创造平台系统,并建立相应的政策保障体系与风险响应机制。
本课题面向传统大企业和新兴企业如何实现价值创造这一重要而现实的管理问题,以揭示面向不连续创新的传统大企业与新兴企业协同价值创造的实现机理、构建协同价值创造平台与运行机制为总体目标,从传统大企业与新兴企业在不连续创新背景下的共性本质问题切入,针对四个方面的研究问题开展相关工作。.研究工作识别了传统大企业与新兴企业协同价值创造关系形成的要素,构建了传统大企业与新兴企业的合作博弈模型,分析了各主体在协同价值创造中的交互关系与利益分配模式,探讨了不连续创新下传统大企业与新兴企业协同创新伙伴的选择与决策,进而阐明协同价值创造的驱动因素与作用机理;探讨了不连续创新模式下协同价值创造的博弈策略,构建传统大企业与新兴企业协同价值创造的演化评价模型,阐释了传统大企业与新兴企业的协同价值创造的模式选择,分析了传统大企业与新兴企业协同对新兴产业技术变革的影响,构建了协同创新演化的系统动力学模型;搭建了基于创新生态体系的协同价值创造平台的总体框架,探究了协同价值创造平台的稳定性,提出了促进传统大企业与新兴企业实现协同价值创造的针对性对策与建议。
