With the development of Energy Internet, the deep coupling of electricity and natural gas improves system economy, flexibility and reliability, while the difficulty in dispatch also increases. Meanwhile, various uncertainties in the modern energy system impose a great operational risk. Therefore, we focus on the research of fundamental theory and methodology of the optimal operation and risk-based dispatch in integrated electricity-natural gas system (IEGS), aiming at building the unified framework of “modelling-operation-control”, and improving the flexibility and security of operational control. The project contents include: Analyze the joint model of IEGS considering terminal energy hub and build the accurate convex functions of steady-state and dynamic multi-energy flows. Study the decentralized synergistic optimal operation strategies of integrated electricity-natural gas system, taking full advantages of the complementary characteristic between different types of energy and achieving the autonomous control of regional energy systems. Study the risk assessment methods for IEGS considering varieties of uncertainties and coupled multi-energy flows, identifying system vulnerable parts efficiently. Propose preventive and corrective risk-based dispatch strategies of IEGS to track system operation state dynamically, forming an effective closed-loop regulation from "optimal operation" to "risk-based dispatch".
随着能源互联网的发展,电力与天然气的深度耦合提升了系统经济性、灵活性和可靠性,也增大了调度难度。与此同时,现代能源系统面临不确定性因素增加,加大了系统运行风险。为此,研究电-气综合能源系统优化运行与风险调度的基础理论和方法,旨在建立“建模-运行-控制”的统一框架,提高调度的经济性和安全性。本项目将开展考虑终端能源枢纽的电-气综合能源系统联合建模研究,建立精确、凸化的多能流稳态和动态模型;研究电-气综合能源系统的分散协同优化运行方法,充分发挥各能源间的互济互补特性并提升区域能源系统自治控制能力;研究考虑多重不确定因素和多能流耦合特点的电-气综合能源系统风险评估方法,实现系统薄弱环节的高效识别;提出面向预防和校正阶段的电-气综合能源系统风险调度方法,动态跟踪系统运行状态的变化,形成从“运行优化”到“风险调度”的有效闭环调控。
本项目立足能源互联网与低碳经济建设的现实背景,针对能源系统面临的运行与管理形态的双重变革,围绕“电-气综合能源系统联合建模与优化运行”与“多重不确定因素下电-气系统风险评估与风险调度”两个科学问题,研究电-气综合能源系统建模、运行、评估与决策的相关基础理论与方法,最终目标是建立统一精细化的电-气综合能源系统联合模型,实现系统多能协同与分区协调优化运行、多维全景化元件级和系统级风险评估、面向预防和校正控制的风险调度策略的有效联动,进而提升电-气综合能源系统运行的经济性和安全性,增强系统抵抗多重不确定性风险的能力。
