制造业集群的供应链网络协同机理与模式研究

Manufacturing cluster as a regional economic characteristic organization form, which importance on the socio-economic is self-evident. The stable development of the manufacturing cluster cannot be separated from the coordinated operation of its supply chain network. This project will analyze composition of the supply chain network of manufacturing cluster and its connection mode based on the theory of supply chain network collaboration and industrial cluster. And then it will analyze the supply chain network structure of manufacturing cluster by using structure model method. Furthermore, it will analyze manufacturing cluster supply chain synergies from labor division, resource synergies, production synergies, market synergies, competitive synergies and innovation synergies. And also, it will analyze manufacturing cluster supply chain network operation mechanism from three aspects of building product supply chain network, service supply chain network and knowledge supply chain network. And it will analyze the cooperative operation mode of manufacturing cluster supply chain network. Finally, it will summarize the cooperative operation strategy of the supply chain network of the manufacturing cluster, in order to provide new solutions and ideas to the sustainable and healthy development of the manufacturing cluster.

制造业集群作为区域经济的特色组织形式对社会经济的重要性不言而喻。制造业集群的稳定发展离不开其供应链网络的协同有序运作。本项目依据供应链网络协同及产业集群理论，在制造业集群供应链网络构成主体及其联结模式解析基础上，借助解释结构模型法对制造业集群供应链网络结构进行分析，进而从分工协同效应、资源协同效应、生产协同效应、市场协同效应、竞争协同效应和创新协同效应等维度解析制造业集群供应链网络协同效应；接着从产品供应链网络、服务供应链网络及知识供应链网络三个层面分析制造业集群供应链网络协同运作机理，并进一步分析制造业集群供应链网络协同运作模式，最后总结归纳制造业集群供应链网络协同运作策略，以期对制造业集群持续健康发展提供新的解决方法和思路。
