拟应用拟南芥SOS1,SOS2,SOS3及AtNHX1等与植物抗盐性状表达密切相关的基因,通过转化旱稻获得不同组合基因转化的旱稻,在研究这些基因与旱稻抗盐性状表达关系的理论问题的同时,分析各种相关基因对抗盐性状表达的贡献及关系,探讨抗盐作物品种育种的有效途径。研究结果对利用基因工程技术培育抗盐作物有重要的指导意义。
