The advanced management and scheduling strategies have become the key to maximize the operational efficiency of container terminal logistics systems. This project aims to conduct a series of in-depth research on the optimal resource allocation of container terminal logistics systems, based on the modern simulation and optimization methodologies. Firstly, the coordination of subsystems can be improved through the scientific, rational and feasible integrations of these subsystems. Secondly, simulation optimization methodology gives full play to the advantages of simulation and optimization methodologies, and it is capable of modeling the entire container terminal logistics systems to achieve the optimal or near optimal solutions, with the consideration of randomness. Thirdly, by introducing the decision making methodologies under uncertainties, the robustness of decisions under data uncertainties can be improved. Finally, to fully exert the enormous computational capability of the computer network, the distributed computation technologies are introduced into the container terminal decision making systems to shorten the computational duration, and to improve the efficiency of decision making so as to achieve the real time computation. This project can fill the gaps of the current theoretical research, and more importantly, it significantly contributes to the practices. The techniques and approaches proposed in this project can reduce the operational costs of container terminals, eliminate the environmental pollution, improve the operational efficiency of container terminals, and further enhance the international competitiveness of China's container terminals.
先进的管理和调度策略是集装箱港口物流系统运行效率得以最大化的关键。本课题拟通过仿真与优化方法,对集装箱港口物流系统资源优化配置进行深入研究。首先,通过对各子系统进行科学、合理和可行的整合,改善子系统之间决策的协调性。其次,充分发挥仿真与优化方法各自的优势,采用仿真优化方法,既能够对整个港口物流系统进行仿真建模,并考虑随机因素的影响,又能够提出最优或近似最优的决策方案。再次,通过引入不确定决策方法,提高决策方案在信息不确定条件下的鲁棒性。最后,将分布式计算技术引入集装箱港口决策系统当中,充分借助计算机网络的强大计算能力,缩短求解时间,提高决策效率,实现实时在线决策。本研究不仅可以填补现有部分理论研究的空白,更重要的是其具有显著的实际意义。本课题提出的技术和方法,可以降低集装箱港口的运营成本,减少环境污染,提高集装箱港口物流系统运行效率,进一步增强我国集装箱港口的国际竞争力。
近年来,国际集装箱港口竞争日趋激烈,迫使集装箱港口必须采用先进的决策技术,提升自身的服务水平和运作效率,在降低成本的同时,增加行业竞争力。本研究针对集装箱港口面临的若干决策问题开展研究,这些子问题包括泊位分配、岸桥调度、集卡调度、场桥调度和堆场管理。在深入分析集装箱港口物流系统运行特点,及其存在的不确定因素基础上,建立了一系列不确定条件下的整合优化调度模型,并开发出了高效求解算法。本研究在填补集装箱港口物流系统整合优化方法和不确定优化方法等理论空白的同时,充分考虑日常运作的各种不确定因素,提高了理论方法对于生产实践的指导作用。对于进一步提升我国集装箱港口的国际竞争力、节能减排具有重要的意义。
