Failure Science is a new subject of manage. The technique route and method had been studied by using systemic theory of engineering reliability. By designing Failure Cause Tree Analysis(FCTA), the failure path, risk source and its inside logic relation were studied. On the basis of this study, the neural network model of forewarning failure has been established. With the self-organizing and learning ability of the neural network model, the lose accident knowledge (data) can be used as examples, this will enable forewarning system intellectualized to combine.with the valued experience of failure. By taking the example of the deep foundation support structure which were at high frequency of accident in high rising building, the failure tree of.foundation support structure and the model of loss forewarning system were set up..
