2014年中国数学会学术年会

In order to accelerate the development of mathematics in China and provide communication opportunities for chinese mathematicians and mathematics educators, the standing council of Chinese Mathematical Society has decided that the "2014 Academic Conference of Chinese Mathematical Society" will be hosted by Henan Normal University in Henan Xinxiang. The annual academic conferences of Chinese Mathematical Society are the highest level pageants of mathematics in China, and the participants of the conference in this year will be more than 300 mathematicians, including more than 10 academicians and many Changjiang Scholars and National Outstanding Youths. The conference will be composed of plenary lectures, invited lectures in 7 mathematical branches, mathematics education salon, and some Public Reports given by the academicians. For the success and smoothness of the conference held this year, we need to apply for the special support of TianYuan Funds of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

为有力促进中国数学事业的发展及国内外数学研究与教育工作者的交流，经中国数学会常务理事会研究决定，由河南师范大学承办2014年中国数学会学术年会。中国数学会的学术年会是我国数学界最高水平的盛会；据估计，2014年的学术年会将有300位数学家应邀到会，其中包括10多位中科院院士和众多的长江学者及杰出青年基金获得者。本次会议将安排特邀大会报告，7个领域的分组报告（每个分组有10－15人做邀请报告），数学教育沙龙以及多个院士的数学公众报告。为了本次学术年会议的成功和顺利进行，河南师范大学特向国家自然科学基金委员会申请国家“天元”基金的专项资助。

在国家自然科学基金—“天元”基金的资助下，中国数学会2014学术年会于2014年9月19—22日在河南师范大学成功召开。中国数学会理事、常务理事，中国科学院院士，中国工程院院士，海内外专家学者，各高校与科研单位代表，编辑出版单位的400余人出席了会议。会议期间，共安排大会特邀报告3场、分组报告90余场以及安排在河南省其它高校的公众报告11场。本次会议为促进中国数学事业，特别是河南省数学事业的发展及国内外数学研究与教育工作者的交流提供了很好的平台。
