本项目以黄瓜为模式系统研究植物与根际微生物的不同类群（有益、有害、无害）及其相互作用相互制约的关系。从而鉴定出黄瓜根际微生物中的有益微生物以及共生菌和内生菌。利用有益菌群与黄瓜根际病原菌之间的拮抗作用和抗病工程菌进行根部病害的生物控制。提出解决黄瓜连作障碍的措施。
