基于创业阶段演化的创业者社会资本对创业绩效影响的交互效应及应对策略研究

In the last decade, the research on entrepreneurship from the perspective of social capital has attracted great attention of scholars. However, how and where the social capital come from are still unknown. Controversial conclusions of the influence of dimensions of social capital on the entrepreneurial performance are on the rise because the interaction between entrepreneurs' external social capital and internal characteristic didn't receive enough attentions. Thus, the research on the origin of social capital and interactions with entrepreneurs' capbility in different entrepreneurial phases would contribute to exposing the complicated causal relationship between entrepreneurs' social capital and entrepreneurial development. Also, by longitudinal dynamic research designs, entrepreneurship theory build on Chinese context could be richer and it also highlights the realistic values of Chinese circumstance. First, we will integrate the conception and scales of entrepreneurs' network capability, which contain network vision capability, network establishment capability and network management capability. Second, we will divide entrepreneurship process into three periods which contain entrepreneurs' opportunity discovery, entrepreneurs' opportunity exploitation and entrepreneurship growth. Using longitudinal tracking case analyses and dynamically panel study, we will test that: (1) the moderation of trust will be positive to the influence of strong ties and weak ties on the entrepreneurs' opportunity discovery and exploitation; (2) trust and tie strength positively moderate the effect of network range on entrepreneurs' opportunity discovery and exploitation respectively. Third, we coordinate social capital and personal traits, and test their coupling effects on entrepreneurship development. Specifically, we will propose that: (1) both network range and cohesion positively moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial explotation and entrepreneurship growth; (2) the coupling effect between structural social capital and cognitive bias will positively or negtively influence entrepreneurial opportunity discovery and exploitation. Fourth, we will conduct a comprehensive study of entrepreneurs' network capability, social capital and three entrepreneurial periods:(1) the moderation of network position to the entrepreneurs' network capability on the entrepreneurs' opportunity discovery and entrepreneurs' opportunity exploitation; (2) the mediation of network range and cohesion between entrepreneurs' network capability and entrepreneurship growth performance; (3) the negative effect of social capital. At last, according to the empirical results, we will put forward the strategies of how to improve, manage and optimize entrepreneurs' network capability and social capital. The future research directions will be discussed.

从关系网络的视角研究创业者社会资本在创业阶段演化中的作用机制有助于克服创业过程中的资源瓶颈，提高创业成功率。本项目在文献及理论研究的基础上，借鉴国外PESD方法，运用跟踪访谈的数据资料以及调查问卷的面板数据，深入探讨以下问题：其一，追溯社会资本的来源机理，分析创业者网络能力的结构维度并开发测度量表；其二，探究创业者社会资本关系维度、结构维度和认知维度的交互效应及其对创业机会识别、开发和成长绩效的差异化影响；其三，基于外部网络和内部能力的互动视角，深入分析创业者社会资本与创业导向、认知偏差的交互效应对创业绩效的影响机理，从而全面揭示创业阶段演化中，创业者社会资本与创业绩效之间的复杂因果关系。这一研究不仅可以有助于创业者掌握拓展和运用社会资本的有效途径和方法，促进创业成功，同时也为我国在制定创业培训以及创业促进政策上提供相应启示。

从关系网络的视角研究创业者社会资本在创业阶段演化中的作用机制有助于克服创业过程中的资源瓶颈，提高创业成功率。本项目在文献及理论研究的基础上，借鉴国外PESD方法，运用跟踪访谈的数据资料以及调查问卷的面板数据，深入探讨以下问题：其一，追溯社会资本的来源机理，分析创业者网络能力的结构维度并开发测度量表；其二，探究创业者社会资本关系维度、结构维度和认知维度的交互效应及其对创业机会识别、开发和成长绩效的差异化影响；其三，基于外部网络和内部能力的互动视角，深入分析创业者社会资本与创业导向、认知偏差的交互效应对创业绩效的影响机理，从而全面揭示创业阶段演化中，创业者社会资本与创业绩效之间的复杂因果关系。.从创业者的微观层面，探讨社会资本的来源以及有效运用的途径和方法，将有助于创业者拓展并积累自己的社会资本，提高获取外部资源的能力。而且社会资本和创业者个人特质的交互研究还可以为不同特征的创业者提供有针对性的启示和应用，促进创业成功。这一研究不仅可以有助于创业者掌握拓展和运用社会资本的有效途径和方法，促进创业成功。同时也为我国在制定创业培训以及创业促进政策上提供相应启示，对于大多数高校学生而言，他们接触社会人情世故较少，关系技巧较为欠缺，创业过程中面对需要处理的与供应商、客户、政府等不同机构的复杂关系会产生协调和管理的困难，因此，这一研究可为我国高校更好的实施创业教育与培训提供理论指导。.本项目全面并超额完成预定的研究计划。在人才培养方面，课题组培养博士研究生4人，硕士研究生12人，其中2人已获得博士学位，9人已经获得硕士学位。在学术成果方面，课题组已发表期刊论文26篇，其中有11篇在国家自然科学基金委管理科学重要期刊上发表，6篇为A类期刊（含3篇录用），5篇为B类期刊，另外还有10篇论文在SSCI（8篇）和SCI（2篇）检索的期刊上发表。此外，在国内和国际会议上共宣读了6篇论文。
