创业者伦理与制度环境交互作用对绿色创业机会开发的影响机理研究

Green entrepreneurship is receiving extensive concerns under the background of sustainable development, but current academic literatures obviously lack theoretical research on its opportunity exploitation process, which is the “core puzzle” of green entrepreneurship research. This cries out for us to confront the possibility that we might have made what philosophers call a “category error”. Based on social constructivism and Complex Adaptive System research paradigm, it is a significant direction to reveal the occurrence mechanism of green entrepreneurship by excavating the impact of entrepreneurial ethics and institutional environment on its opportunity exploitation through teasing apart existing research findings, the inherent mechanism of this impact still needs further study in the future. Embedding our empirical research into entrepreneurship theories and cognition theories, we, keeping a foothold in unique context in China, select entrepreneurs as research subject as well as combine tracking case study and multi-round large-scale questionnaire survey. Using narrative research and metric conjoint analysis methods, we tease the dynamic phases and inner structures of opportunity exploitation of green entrepreneurship, and also construct as well as test the interaction model between entrepreneurs’ ethics and institutional environmental to further reveal the impact mechanism this interaction has on the opportunity exploitation. We therefore extract the social construction process and value realization mechanism of green entrepreneurial opportunities’ exploitation under certain context, based on which suggestions and solutions to promote the level of green entrepreneurship are put forward. With this project, we contribute to the green entrepreneurship research in one particular aspect. Above all, we are interested in the opportunities exploitation and its impact mechanism deriving from interaction between entrepreneurial ethics and institutional environment. This project employs large-scale data to provide empirical insights into this topic. In doing so and by being rooted in entrepreneurship and Chinese context, it penetrates the green entrepreneurship research into the investing of opportunities mechanism and extracts the whole processes of opportunity exploitation of green entrepreneurship, which give answers to basic questions about the “doing good” balancing materials and justice and of green entrepreneurship and bring theoretical innovations. From the perspective of practice, this project provides guidance for activating green entrepreneurship practice and elevating its quality, and offers theoretical support to perfect institutional environment for green entrepreneurship as well. It is also significant to enrich the entrepreneurial opportunity research and entire entrepreneurship theoretical system.

环境约束条件下契合可持续发展诉求的绿色创业实践正广受关注，机会开发是研究这一新兴主题的核心线索。基于建构主义和复杂适应系统研究范式，创业者伦理与制度环境对绿色创业机会开发的影响，是推进绿色创业理论发展的重要命题且亟待解决。本项目立足中国情境，以创业者为研究对象，依据跟踪式案例研究与多轮次大样本问卷调查相结合的研究设计，运用叙事研究与联合分析等方法，挖掘绿色创业机会开发的动态阶段和内部结构，据此构建创业者伦理与制度环境交互作用模型，揭示交互作用对绿色创业机会开发的影响机理，提炼情境嵌入下绿色创业机会开发的建构过程和价值实现机制，提出绿色创业的优化对策。本项目将绿色创业研究深入到创业机会的机理挖掘层面，揭示绿色创业机会开发的独特过程，回答绿色创业何以义利兼顾“做好事”的本质问题，实现绿色创业理论突破，有助于活跃绿色创业实践和提升绿色创业质量，能为创业机会研究提供新见解并对丰富创业理论具有贡献。

项目的背景在于环境约束条件下契合可持续发展诉求的绿色创业实践日益活跃，尤其在中国生态文明建设背景下，绿色创业主题对理论和实践领域的创新价值广受关注。项目的内容以机会开发为核心线索，参照建构主义和复杂适应系统研究范式，关注了创业者伦理与制度环境对绿色创业机会开发的影响机制，通过挖掘绿色创业机会开发的动态阶段和内部结构，推进绿色创业理论发展。具体而言，项目的主要研究内容及其重要研究结果，包括以下五个部分：一是关于绿色创业机会开发：项目从社会创业、生态创业和绿色技术创新等视角切入，探查并廓清了绿色创业机会机会开发的过程机理。二是关于创业者伦理与绿色创业机会关系：项目从经济贫困、个体创伤和社会责任等问题出发，挖掘并提炼出创业者伦理的不同主题对绿色创业机会的作用机理。三是关于制度环境与绿色创业机会关系：项目从科技政策、能源产业和区域协同等情境入手，解析并梳理出制度环境的不同维度对绿色创业机会的影响机理。四是关于基于交互作用的绿色创业机会开发机制：项目从复杂适应系统理论、认知与环境关系和新发展理念协同性等出发，分析并构建了创业者伦理和制度环境的交互关系模型，据此检验并总括出基于交互作用的绿色创业机会开发机制。五是关于中国情境下绿色创业优化对策：项目紧扣中国高质量发展情境，从创新发展和绿色发展理念协同出发，选取不同区域、产业和成长阶段案例，比较异同点、找出问题点，提出针对性的对策和建议。项目系统梳理和收集整理了包括一手资料和二手资料在内的关键数据资料，据此使用定性和定量结合的方法开展规范性研究。项目的科学意义主要在于将绿色创业研究深入到创业机会的机理挖掘层面，揭示基于伦理和制度交互作用的独特机制，促进绿色创业理论的创新，提升绿色创业实践的质量，为解释和解决创业者缘何和如何义利兼顾“做好事”提供绿色创业的新思路，更好实现绿色创业对中国生态文明建设的创新价值和社会贡献。
