Developing low-carbon economy is not only a significant adjustment of natioanl development strategy, but also the only way for China to achieve sustainable development. Remanufacturing is an important part of Chinese low-carbon economy, and it is critical to the further development of remanufacturing industry that how to improve the efficiency of remanufacturing, how to reduce the energy consumption of remanufacturing and how to reduce the risk of remanufacturing investment under the carbon emission constraints. Additionally, both in domestic and international research, the closed-loop supply chain research in the remanufacturing industry under carbon emission constraints is still in its infancy, and a complete research system is not yet formed. As the entire process of closed-loop supply chain consists of production, pricing and recycling, the aim of this project is to optimize the entire process of closed-loop supply chain in the remanufacturing industry under the background of carbon emission constraints. The main objectives of this project includes four parts. First, the project will find out these coordination mechanisms of closed-loop supply chain in the remanufacturing industry under the carbon emission constraints, and compare them with the traditional coordination mechanisms .The second problem for remanufacturing companies is how to achieve the coordination and optimization of closed loop supply chain in the remanufacturing industry under the carbon emission constraints by making reasonable inventory, pricing and channels of decisions. Then this project will analysis the problem that the government how to formulate a scientific and rational low-carbon environmental policy .The project will also study the impact of this environmental policy on the closed-loop supply chain , and offer some relevant policy recommendations. Finally, it is very important to evaluate the performance of closed-loop supply chain in the remanufacturing industry before and after coordination and optimization.
发展低碳经济,是我国发展战略的重大调整,也是我国实现可持续发展的必由之路。再制造是我国发展低碳经济的重要组成部分,而在碳排放约束下如何提高再制造效率、降低再制造能耗以及再制造投资风险是再制造产业进一步发展的关键所在。在当前国内外研究中,碳排放约束下再制造闭环供应链的研究尚处于起步阶段,还没有形成较为完整的研究体系。因此,本项目拟以碳排放约束为研究背景,以制造企业为核心企业,以再制造闭环供应链的生产、销售、回收全过程系统优化为目标,主要研究如下问题:碳排放约束下,再制造闭环供应链的协调机制有哪些,其与传统协调机制有何不同?碳排放约束下,制造企业如何通过库存、定价、渠道决策来实现再制造闭环供应链的协调优化?碳排放约束下,政府如何制订科学合理的低碳环保政策,以及制订的低碳环保政策对再制造闭环供应链及其成员的影响如何,并给出相关政策建议?碳排放约束下,如何评价再制造闭环供应链协调优化前后的绩效?
本项目按申请书计划,同时密切关注国内外最新动向,在最新成果基础上结合项目计划对有碳排放约束下的再制造闭环供应链进行了深入研究。首先在无碳排放约束下,我们研究了制造商从事再制造活动对供应链成员利润和环境的影响,以及该由谁进行再制造的问题;其次在有碳排放约束下,我们分析了政府的碳税和碳排放政策对闭环供应链成员和环境的影响;接着在有碳排放约束下,我们探讨了再制造品的最优回收和销售问题;最后仍然在有碳排放约束下,我们研究了如何利用合同,尤其是两部定价合同,来协调整个闭环供应链。本课题基本解决了申请报告中提出的主要问题,而且针对部分企业的再制造提出了建议。课题研究成果对于在碳排放约束下闭环供应链的管理具有重要的意义。本课题组发表核心期刊以上论文27篇,包括15篇SCI期刊论文、2篇EI期刊论文和7篇国家自然科学基金委认定的A级期刊论文。其中,发表JCR一区期刊论文6篇,分别是1篇 Journal of Cleaner Production,3篇European Journal of Operational Research,2篇 International Journal of Production Economics;发表JCR二区期刊论文2篇,分别是2 篇 International Journal of Production Research。此外,撰写了硕士毕业论文2本,博士论文6本,全面达到预期要求。
