中国胶被盘菌属Crocicreas分类及分子系统学研究

Crocicreas is a genus in Helotiaceae. More than 60 species were known around the world and only a few ones were reported from China. The genus lacks thorough investigations, especially the phylogenetic relationships among species. The aims of our study is to collect specimens and obtain pure cultures from representative areas of China and study specimens on deposit in HMAS and materials accumulated in the past years; based on detailed examinations of morphological features, such as shape, color and size of apothecia, excipulum structure, IKI reaction of ascus apical ring, shape, size and septa of ascospores etc., and multilocus sequence analyses, to establish a clear species concept and understand species diversity of the genus, substrate preference, and distribution in China; to reveal the phylogenetic relationships among species and systematic position of the genus in Helotiaceae. The results of the study will provide basic information and theoretical evidence for evolution and resource utilization.

胶被盘菌属（Crocicreas）隶属于柔膜菌科，全球已知60余种，我国仅有零星报道，缺乏全面系统的研究，尤其是种间系统发育关系的研究。本项目拟在清理胶被盘菌属馆藏标本和研究历年积累的待鉴定标本的基础上，选择我国不同气候带和不同地理环境的代表性地区，对该属真菌进行补点资源调查、菌种分离、分类学和分子系统学研究。将子实体的宏观特征、显微结构、子囊的碘反应等经典生物学特征与多基因序列分析的方法相结合，建立正确的物种概念，全面揭示我国该属的物种多样性，认识物种对基物的选择和分布特点，探讨该属物种之间的系统发育关系以及该属在柔膜菌科的系统学地位，储备资源，为生物进化理论研究和资源利用提供基础信息和科学依据。

胶被盘菌属隶属于柔膜菌科，全球已知60余种，我国仅报道了5个种，缺乏全面系统的研究。本项目在馆藏标本和研究组历年积累标本采集地点的基础上，选择了我国华北、东北、中南和西南地区的代表性生境进行了野外考察和标本采集，将生长基物、形态特征、解剖结构与DNA序列系统发育分析相结合，采用现代分类学的观点对该属真菌进行了系统的分类学和分子系统学研究。研究了采自我国20个省区的240余份初步归为胶被盘菌属的标本，发现新种13个、中国新记录属1个和中国新记录种5个；基于形态特征和DNA序列分析结果，探讨了该属物种间的亲缘关系；发表标注基金资助的文章5篇，已接受文章1篇。本项目的完成全面更新了对我国胶被盘菌属物种多样性的认识，是世界范围内该属分类和分子系统学研究的重要组成部分，为进一步探讨更高级别类群间的系统演化关系积累了基本数据。
