The magnesium resources in Qinghai are very rich, but its utilization level is quite low. As such, the development of high value-added magnesium-based products is of great value and significance for local economic development in Qinghai. 《The second five year plan of chemical industry development in Qinghai》clearly put forward to vigorously promote the olefin downstream product development, and to develop downstream products of methanol according to market demand. Based on this background, through the use of high-value Qinghai Salt Lake magnesium resources, we propose to create new magnesium-based catalytic materials with intercalated structures; to conduct in-depth study on their application in the epoxidation of olefins and methanol ester derivatives, and to prepare a series of high value-added fine chemicals; to have a better understanding of the structural design of the magnesium-based catalytic materials and their catalytic performance; to explore the synergistic effect of the host-guest and the assembly mechanism. This project can provide important pathway for highly efficient use of the magnesium resources in Qinghai and its local economy development. We expect to publish more than 10 SCI papers with high quality, to apply more than five national invention patents, and to educate 5-7 doctoral and postgraduate candidates.
青海盐湖镁资源非常丰富,但是其综合利用水平低,发展具有高附加值的镁基产品对青海区域经济的发展具有重要的价值和意义。《青海的十二五化学工业发展规划》中明确提出要大力推进烯烃下游产品开发,根据市场需求发展甲醇下游产品。在此项目中,我们提出通过高值利用青海盐湖镁资源,创制新型镁基插层结构催化材料,深入系统开展其在烯烃及其衍生物的环氧化反应和甲醇酯类产品的应用,制备一系列具有高附加值的精细化学品,实现镁基插层结构催化材料的结构设计与催化性能调控,探索插层组装的主客体协同效应和作用机理,总结构效关系。通过本项目的研究,为高值利用青海盐湖镁资源和青海区域经济发展提供重要的途径。预期发表10篇以上高水平SCI论文,申请5篇以上国家发明专利,培养博士和硕士研究生5-7名。
