基于产业演化的企业成长机理与实证——以集成电路产业为例

Under the complex conditions of accelerating industrial evolution and changeable environment that enterprises operate, this study analyzes the enterprises' growth mechanism theoretically and empiricallyfrom the view of the dynamic industrial evolution based on Porter's Industrial Competitiveness Model and the enterprise growth theory. Specifically, this study proposes an analytic framework of relationship between an industrial evolution and enterprises' growth through the literature review and direct interviews, identifies and verifies the key factors, influence degree and related performance of enterprises' growth resulting from an industrial evolution through an empirical research of China's integrated circuit industry, and suggests a new model of China's enterprise growth. The research implications of this study is: that the proposed analytic framework about enterprises' growth affected by an industrial evolution, the tested relationship hypotheses, will enrich the existing theory in the field of enterprises' growth and provide a sound foundation for further study. The practical implications of this study is that the findings of empirical research on China's integrated circuit industry will illustrate a rising and decling track of some specific industry in China, suggest a new approach for enterprise growth research, and provide a new view for government to make and implement industrial policies.

本项目紧密结合产业演化的不断加速、企业成长行业环境复杂多变的时代背景，基于波特的行业竞争力模型的理论框架及企业成长理论，拟从动态产业演化视角对企业成长机理与实证进行研究。具体来说，本课题在文献综述和深度访谈基础上构筑一个有关产业演化对企业成长的分析框架并通过对我国集成电路产业的实证研究来识别和检验产业演化对企业成长的关键影响要素以及影响程度，同时也对影响的绩效进行研究；在此基础上探讨我国企业成长的新模式。本研究的理论意义表现在我们构筑的产业演化对企业成长机理研究框架以及对一些关系假设的检验将丰富企业成长研究领域的理论成果并为将来的进一步研究打下坚实的基础；本研究的实践意义表现在对我国集成电路产业实证研究的发现，刻画出国家特定产业的兴衰轨迹，拓展出一条企业成长研究的新路径，为政府制定和实施产业政策提供新思路。

集成电路是二十世纪重要的发明之一。集成电路广泛地应用于国民经济和社会的一切领域，其发展规模和技术水平已成为衡量国家地位和综合国力的重要标志之一。集成电路技术作为推动国民经济和社会信息化的关键技术，关系到国家产业竞争力和国家信息安全。集成电路产业集国家利益、民族智慧和科技于一体，成为战略性兼基础性产业，发展集成电路产业具有重要的政治和经济意义。. 本项目在研究产业经济学理论和自主创新理论的基础上，对集成电路产业的发展历程进行了回顾，对当今世界集成电路产业的主要国家及区域的现状进行调研和深入分析，并紧密结合产业演化的不断加速、企业成长行业环境复杂多变的时代背景，基于波特的行业竞争力模型的理论框架及企业成长理论，从动态产业演化视角对企业成长机理与实证进行研究。具体来说，本课题基于产业研究和竞争优势理论确立了自主创新的集成电路产业成长立足点，在文献综述和深度访谈的基础上构筑了一个有关产业演化对企业成长的分析框架并通过对我国集成电路产业的实证研究来识别和检验产业演化对企业成长的因果驱动机制，关键影响要素以及影响程度，同时也对影响的绩效进行研究；在此基础上探讨我国企业成长的新模式。我们构筑的产业演化对企业成长机理研究框架以及对一些关系假设的检验表现在对我国集成电路产业实证研究的发现，刻画出国家特定产业的兴衰轨迹，拓展出一条企业成长研究的新路径，为政府制定和实施产业政策提供新思路。
