信息技术对知识密集型服务业创新影响的空间效应与动力机制研究

The innovation of knowledge intensive business services has been highlighted both in the academic research and policy making in western countries,but the use and impact of ICTs on the innovation of KIBS were more or less ignored. Under the background of national informalization strategy, innovation strategy and economic transforming strategy in China, this project seeking to explore the spatial effect and its mechanism of the ICTs on the innovation of KIBS from the combination of firm level, sector level and regional level which base on the theories from the subjects of new economic geography, enterprise management and economics.In doing so , the questionaire investigation, face-to-face interviews and spatial analysis will be employed in this project. First, the innovation process and its mechanism of the innovation of KIBS at firm level will be explored under the impact of ICTs based on the theories of information diffusion,innovation and value chain an the data will come from questionnaire and face-to-face interview. Second, the development process of KIBS clusters and the dynamic mechanism under the impact of ICTs will be explored based on the theories of knowledge, innovation networks and innovative space,etc. Third, this project will explore the development of regional innovation system and the restructuring of regional economy under the impact of KIBS innovative cluster and ICTs with the employment of GIS techniques and spatial analysis. Finally, the path model of transformation and restructuring of regional economies under the impact of KIBS and ICTs will be concluded. The contribution and innovation of this project is to explore the spatial effect and its mechanism of innovation of KIBS under the impact of ICTs, which with the combination of multi-spatial level of firm level, cluster level and regional level, which will benefit and contribute the development of service innovation geographical research.

基于国家实施"信息化"、"创新驱动"、"转型升级"等战略背景，借助新经济地理学、管理学、经济学等学科理论，运用问卷调查、深度访谈、空间分析等手段，从理论与实证角度探讨信息技术对知识密集型服务业创新影响的空间效应与动力机制。首先，运用信息扩散、创新、价值链等理论，探讨信息技术的扩散对KIBS企业创新的影响过程与机制；其次，运用知识溢出、创新网络、创新空间等理论，探讨信息技术对KIBS集群及创新空间形成的影响机理；再次，运用区域创新系统、生产网络、全球价值链等理论，借助GIS空间分析技术，探讨信息技术对KIBS区域创新系统的形成及其对区域经济空间重构的影响机理，进而归纳出信息技术影响下KIBS创新对推动区域转型升级与空间重构影响的路径与模式。本项目试图整合企业-集群-区域、微观-中观-宏观等多维度、多尺度视角，丰富和发展信息技术影响下服务业创新的地理学研究。

随着信息技术的迅猛发展和知识资源的快速传播，知识密集型服务业（KIBS）已经发展成为创新先导者，呈现出“服务领导，制造跟随”的格局，开始从制造业创新的“适配器”转换到创新过程的重要扮演者。在新信息技术的影响下，KIBS创新成为现代产业体系的纽带和核心，是衡量一个国家或地区经济发展水平以及现代服务业发展水平的重要依据与标志。目前国内外从信息技术角度研究知识密集型服务业创新的成果并不多见。信息技术影响下的知识密集型服务业创新的影响研究已经成为国内外学术界普遍关注且亟待解决的议题。.本项目在整理国内外文献综述的基础上，借助新经济地理学、管理学、经济学等学科理论，融合企业-集群-区域、微观-中观-宏观等多维度、多尺度，首先探讨信息技术对KIBS 创新影响的一般理论模式与框架；其次揭示了信息技术对知识密集型服务业的空间关联特征与动力机制，并且借助GIS技术对知识密集型服务业创新进行空间效应分析；然后开展了信息技术对知识密集型服务业产业集群的影响机理研究，进而归纳出信息技术影响下KIBS 创新对推动区域转型升级与空间重构影响的路径与模式；最后通过企业访谈和问卷收集相关数据，探讨信息技术对知识密集型服务业企业创新的影响研究，丰富和发展信息技术影响下的服务业创新的地理学研究，同时也为地方相关部门的区域产业升级提供一定的相关路径和政策建议。
