中国农业产业集群形成与演变机制研究

Agricultural industry cluster is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese agriculture, increasing farmers' income and promoting rural economic development. While there is large theoretical and empirical literature on the formation and economic impact of China's industry clusters, the study on China's agricultural industry clusters is relatively scant. This project aims to develop a theoretical model to increase our understanding of the formation and evolution of agricultural industry cluster. The theoretical predictions will then be tested empirically using the combination of standard econometrics tools and case study approaches. Through rigorous theoretical and empirical research, this project seeks to answer a number of specific research questions: why, how and where agricultural industry clusters are formed? What are the necessary conditions of the formation of agricultural industry cluster? This research project will not only contribute to the theoretical understanding of the formation and evolution of agricultural industry cluster, the empirical findings of this research will also provide a solid foundation for putting forward policies that can promote the development of agriculture industrial cluster.

农业产业集群对于提升中国农业竞争力、带动农民增收和推动农村经济发展具有非常大的作用，但目前对农业产业集群形成与演变的机制研究不够，造成理论落后于实践，影响了中国农业产业集群的发展。本项目准备从农业产业集群现状出发，运用产业经济学、制度经济学、社会学、经济地理学相关理论，构建出农业产业集群的形成和演化一般理论模型，然后通过案例进行实证分析，总结出农业产业集群的形成和演化一般规律，从而对为什么会形成农业产业集群、如何形成农业产业集群、什么地区容易形成农业产业集群、需要具备什么条件等问题作出科学合理的回答。因此，本项目研究这不仅在理论上有助于揭示农业产业集群形成与演变的内在机理和影响其形成与演变的关键性因素，丰富产业集群理论，并且在实践上可为制定促进农业产业集群发展的相关政策提供依据。

农业产业集群对于提升中国农业竞争力、带动农民增收和推动农村经济发展具有非常大的作用，但目前对农业产业集群形成与演变的机制研究不够，造成理论落后于实践，影响了中国农业产业集群的发展。本项目在总结国内外农业产业集群发展经验与相关研究成果的基础上，以农业产业集群的形成及演变为主线，选择中国12个农业产业集群典型案例进行了实证分析，这些案例涉及到不同的地区和不同种类的农产品，具有较好的多元性和代表性。通过国内多个不同案例的梳理与分析，揭示了了我国农业产业集群成长与演变的内在机理，找出影响其成长与演变的关键性因素，在此基础上提出了促进我国农业产业集群健康发展的对策建议。
