以处理含芳香族化合物的废水的微生物群落为对象,用DNA指纹图法系统跟踪微生物群落结构与降解功能的变化,实现序列引导下新降解菌的分离、新降解基因的转座子定位和克隆;提取处于降解高峰的微生物群落总DNA,构建宏 基因组文库,通过高通量功能筛选获得加氧酶等基因的克隆。以不依赖纯培养的路线可获得具有自主知识产权的新菌种和新基因。
