创新模糊前端创意扩散过程及机理研究

Creativity originated in the inspiration and thinking of creative individual, which spreads in the innovation fuzzy front end and forms "creative solutions" that can be applied to business practices at a high level is the foundation and important starting point of innovation activities. Existing studies regard this process as a "black box" and have not studied the diffusion process and mechanism. There are complicated and difficult scientific problems in the process of creative diffusion in the fuzzy front end of innovation. These problems have strong originality and need to be solved deeply.. Based on the innovation theory, creativity theory and innovation diffusion theory, combined with theoretical research, empirical research, and cases studies, this study intends to deeply study the essential features, complex mechanisms and system models of creativity diffusion in creative solution formation process of innovation fuzzy front end. Construct the dynamic model of creative diffusion, creative screening technology model, creative value evaluation model and creative knowledge transformation model. Systematically identify and determine the main influencing factors of creative diffusions; Analyze the network model of the creative diffusion process of the fuzzy front end. Then it explores the efficient mode and the systematic promotion strategy in line with China's innovation practice. . Solving diffusion process related issues of the innovation fuzzy front end is important to the rich related theories, such as innovation theory, the creativity theory, creative diffusion theory. It has important theoretical significance and practical significance. To improve enterprise innovation performance, reduce the uncertainty of fuzzy front end, as reference path to realize the strategic goal of "innovation driven development".

“创意”最初源于创意个体头脑中的灵感和思想，通过在创新模糊前端扩散，形成有高水平“创意方案”是创新活动的基础和重要起点。现有研究将前端的创意扩散视为“黑箱”，尚未开展研究，此过程中存在复杂疑难的科学问题亟待深入解决，具有较强的原始创新性。本项目从整体视角系统的揭示创新模糊前端创意扩散的内涵、本质特征和过程模型；构建创新模糊前端创意扩散的动力模型、创意筛选技术模型、创意价值评价模型创意知识转化模型等揭示创意扩散的复杂机理；系统的识别和确定创意扩散主要影响因素；分析实证创新模糊前端创意扩散过程网络模型。进而探索符合我国创新实践的高效模式以及系统提升策略。解决上述创新模糊前端中创意扩散过程的相关问题，对丰富创新管理理论、创新模糊前端理论和创意扩散理论，为企业提升创新绩效、降低创新模糊前端的不确定性提供路径参考，对实现我国“创新驱动发展”的战略目标都具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

“创意驱动创新，创新驱动发展”，创意是创新的基础资源和起点，创新模糊前端是创新活动的重要阶段。创意从个体头脑中最初的“灵感、想法”通过在团队内扩散，形成具有市场价值的“创意方案”，降低创新模糊前端不确定性，提高创新绩效，是创新管理的核心和关键所在。创新模糊前端创意扩散是新兴领域前沿选题，具有大量的复杂疑难问题亟待深入探索。本项目系统研究了创新模糊前端创意扩散的本质特征、扩散过程、复杂机制、系统模型、扩散环境和提升策略等复杂疑难问题。具体包括：深刻揭示创新模糊前端创意扩散的多阶段具体内容，以及动态性、不确定性、系统性、抽象性等本质特征；深刻揭示创新模糊前端创意扩散各阶段扩散过程中的各种复杂机制和规律，包括创意扩散过程中的知识转化机制、筛选评价机制和匹配决策机制等；构建了创意扩散环境评价模型，并进行实证分析；提出了提升创新模糊前端创意扩散绩效的策略及管理对策。研究结果对丰富创新管理理论、创意管理理论、知识管理理论，提升企业创新管理水平和核心竞争力、推动我国实现“创新驱动发展”战略等都具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。在研究工作基础上，共发表学术论文10篇，其中SCI/SSCI检索论文3，CSSCI检索论文1篇。已发表的学术论文提出了一些创新性较强的理论观点并获得同行认可，丰富和发展了创新管理理论和创意管理理论。结合本项目研究，培养研究生23名。此外，还与国内外知名学者建立了深入的学术交流合作网，多次参与创意管理高峰论坛、国际创意管理专委会年会等国内外重要学术会议。
