Cervical spondylosis can be categorized as arthralgia syndyome in TCM,and the.key role of wind-cold-dampness played in the pathogenic process of cervical spondylosis has.consistently been emphasized in Traditional Chinese Medicine,which regards it as the.pathogeny of arthralgia syndrome. A lot clinics and epidemiological surveys also proved that.wind-cold-dampness was one of the most important pathogenic factors of cervical.spondylosis.Under the direction of the theory of arthralgia syndrome in TCM,it is helpful to.shed insight into the mechanism of the early phase of cervical spondylosis to research the.degeneration from the naturally pathogenic angle,which could not only enrich and substantiate.the theory of arthralgia syndrome in TCM,but have a bit of benefit to its basic research and.prevention and cure..Direction:According to the theory of “wind-cold-dampness, three types of environmental Qi.compound to cause obtruation syndrome” in <suwen·obstruation>, we planned to have a study.on the retrograde process of rats’ cervical disc when the rats were stimulated by different.intention of wind cold and damp, and explain the occur and development process of cervical.spondylopathy in type of obruation syndrome; according to the statement of Gegen Recipe and.Guizhi Recipe treating neck “obtruation syndrome”, we would search for the common and.difference in action of the effect between Gegen Recipe and Guizhi Recipe on treating cervical.spondylopathy in type of obtruation syndrome; through the study on “recipe-syndrome-effect”.based on the thinking shown aboved, we would further reveal the nature of “obruation.syndrome” on some related syndrome in cervical spondylopathy as well as the action theory of.Gegen Recipe and Guizhi Recipe, prove the pathogenesis theory of cervical spondylopathy that.was “motive power first lose balance while static power mainly does”,so as to supply the.theoretical base for no-operation-treatment on cervical spondylopathy, enrich and develop the.theory of traditional Chinese medicine..Main contents:We simulated the process of cervical spondylopathy caused by wind cold and.damp in nature, and made use of man-made climate box for making model to make animal.models of light, medium and heavy cervical spondylopathy in type of obtruation syndrome,.then we used different methods such as histomorphology, biochemistry, immunohistochemistry.and molecular biology,etc to observe histomorphology , inflammatory medium, metal protease,.related cell factor and apoptosis correlation protein in cervical disc during its change, through.the multi-levels, synthetically observe and analysis on the change of rats’ cervical disc, we.intent to analyze the action of Gegen Recipe and Guizhi Recipe on cervical spondylopathy in.国家自然科学基金资助项目结题报告.8.type of obruation syndrome..Important result and key data:.1 compare between model groups which were stimulated by wind cold and damp in light,.medium and heavy degree and control groups:.(1) Compare of morphology in cervical disc between model groups and control groups:1) the.constructure of normal rabbits’s cervical disc mucleus pulposus, annuli fibrosum and cartilage.lamina terminalis were normal while light and medium stimulation groups had light degree of.cervical disc retrograde, companied with mucleus pulposus contraction , in heavy stimulation.group, fiber rarefaction and fragmentation occurred, cartilage lamina terminalis got thicker.2) in.control groups, striated muscle fibers put in order while in light and medium stimulation groups.they became thicker and contracted, which were obvious, furthermore, muscle fibers.fragmented in heavy stimulation group.3) cartilage lamina terminalis irregular proliferation and.calcification, vascular bud around its junctional zone reduction and obliteration occurred.especially in heavy stimulation group..(2) compare of content of inflammatory medium between model groups and control.group:1)PGE2 in every model groups increased (P<0.01). 6-K-PGF1ɑ increased obviously
