基于行为视角的质量管理对新产品开发的影响研究

According to quality standard, new product development (NPD) process needs to be incorporated into quality management system. However, existing researches in NPD quality management are still in their initial stage and there is huge gap between theoretical research and practical requirements. Particularly, the increased uncertainty of quality management system and NPD system induced by human participation calls urgently for a whole set of NPD quality management theories and methods from the human factor perspective. This project employs experiment research, questionnaire survey and case study, etc. Based on the clarification of both the characteristics of NPD quality and the relationships between quality management and NPD, we intend to construct mechanism model of quality management and NPD from employee behavior and cognition angle, and to elucidate the influencing path and quantitative relationship of quality management on NPD capability and innovation performance. Furthermore, employee attitudes and reactions to quality management execution in NPD process, and its impact on NPD capability and NPD process decision are investigated. This project integrates the knowledge of quality management, NPD and behavioral operations. The NPD quality management theories and methods developed from behavioral perspective are of significant theoretical and practical value in guiding enterprises to effectively execute quality management and enhance their NPD capability in NPD processes.

质量标准要求企业将产品开发过程纳入质量管理系统，而当前新产品开发质量管理的研究还处于初始阶段，理论研究和现实需求存在较大差距。特别是人的参与增加了质量管理系统和新产品开发系统的不确定性，亟需从人因的视角形成一套新产品开发质量管理理论和方法。本项目综合采用实验研究、问卷调查、案例分析等研究方法，在明确新产品开发质量特性及质量管理与新产品开发关系的基础上，从员工行为和认知的视角构建质量管理与新产品开发的机理模型，明晰质量管理对新产品开发能力和创新绩效的影响途径和量化关系，并进一步探讨员工对新产品开发中实施质量管理的态度和反应及其对新产品开发能力和新产品开发过程决策的影响。本项目融合了质量管理、新产品开发和行为运作等多个领域，从行为视角形成的新产品开发质量管理理论和方法对指导企业在新产品开发中实施有效的质量管理、提高新产品开发能力具有重要理论和实践价值。

本研究针对如何在新产品开发中有效实施质量管理这一科学问题，从人因的视角分析质量管理对新产品开发的影响。首先通过对新产品开发过程的分析，明确了新产品开发过程的质量特性。通过对我国企业的调查研究，明晰了质量管理实践对新产品开发能力和创新绩效的影响机理。重点探讨了新产品开发过程中质量管理的实施对员工的影响以及员工对不同质量管理实践的反应和态度，并提出了贝叶斯结构方程模型方法，评估质量管理实践对新产品开发能力和创新绩效的影响。其次，针对新产品开发过程的质量特性，开发了面向小批量过程的序贯概率比控制图，并从供应链协调角度出发，探讨了供应链整合、环境管理实践对技术创新能力和绩效的影响。最后，对中国企业质量管理实践的现状和特殊性进行分析，比较国内外企业在实施质量管理实践中的异同以及权变因素对中国企业实施质量管理的影响。本项目融合了质量管理、新产品开发和行为运作等多个领域，从行为视角形成的新产品开发质量管理理论和方法对指导企业在新产品开发中实施有效的质量管理、提高新产品开发能力具有重要理论和实践价值。
