基于企业能力的企业社会责任生态溢出研究

This research takes the ecological spillover of corporate social responsibility（CSR）as the object. On the basis of the characteristics of the process of ecological spillover, the ecological spillover of corporate social responsibility can be divided into generation, transmission and absorb dimensions. With the differences of the dimension characteristics and the role of factors, it builds up a driving factor set which is make up of interactive relationship capacities, interest meet capacities, corporate reputation capabilities, policies and system capabilities, marketing promotion capabilities, stakeholder capacities, organization and management capacities, human resource capacities and enterprise innovation capacities. At the same time, it identifies the heterogeneity factor set about the enterprise and industry by the use of statistical analysis methods, and constructs the linear (heterogeneity) and nonlinear (capacities) theory-driven models of the ecological spillover of corporate social responsibility with structural equation model. After this, it constructs the subsystems of generation, transmission and absorption by the use of system dynamics, and analyses the pathways, the manner and the intensity of each subsystem elements in depth. Finally using DYNAMO simulation analysis, it verifies the formation of ecological spillover of corporate social responsibility. By the use of the correlation analysis, it analyses that how the heterogeneity of enterprise and industry impacts the ecological spillover impact and the internal driving mechanism.On this basis, it builds up the space Dubin model to calculate the ecological spillover effects with spatial and temporal differences which is basis on the economic and environmental data of China's 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. With the typical case of industries and enterprises in the "2012 corporate Social responsibility Report" , it takes up the promotion strategies about ecological spillover of corporate social responsibility from enterprise capacity building perspective.

本课题以企业社会责任的生态溢出为研究对象，将生态溢出的原动力归结为"企业能力"驱动。在考察生态溢出流程化特征的基础上，将企业社会责任的生态溢出划分为产生、传递和吸纳维度，根据维度特征及其发挥作用因素的不同，构建起由互动关系能力、利益满足能力、企业声望能力、政策制度能力、市场推广能力、利益相关者能力、组织管理能力、人力资源能力和企业创新能力构成的驱动因素集。依托结构方程和系统动力学方法，构建生态溢出的理论模型和各阶段生态溢出子系统模型，深入剖析企业社会责任生态溢出的企业能力驱动机制，并运用DYNAMO仿真分析，模拟验证企业社会责任生态溢出的形成。在此基础上，通过构建空间Dubin模型，获取相关经济和环境数据，测算出时空差异下我国31个地区的生态溢出效应及其产生差异性的内在原因，并据此形成企业能力建设视角下的企业社会责任生态溢出提升策略体系。

随着地方经济的发展，污染与环境问题日益引起了广泛的关注，上述问题的产生与企业的社会责任密切相关。在生态文明与绿色发展日益突出的今天，企业如何履行社会责任不仅仅是关系其自身生存发展也是关乎国家长治久安和子孙后代生存发展的重大问题。企业的社会责任虽然涵盖了经济责任、法律责任但是最容易被忽视的往往是企业的道德和伦理责任，而与二者直接相关的是企业的生态责任。关于企业生态责任的履责可以使生态责任能够在产业链、区域内不断的强化和传承，从而实现一种企业社会责任的生态溢出，即企业的生态观念、行为与举措通过一种或者多种渠道在各成员或组织之间随着时间传播，并推广应用的过程。因此如何提高企业自身的生态储备，增强生态溢出效应，化解生态与经济之间的矛盾，已成为刻不容缓解决的问题。基于此，本研究首先将企业能力因素引入企业社会责任领域，建立起生态溢出与能力驱动的链接关系。并从企业社会责任生态溢出全过程的视角，将企业社会责任生态溢出划分为产生、传递和吸纳三个环节，以此识别其核心能力因素，构建起全程化的生态溢出的企业能力驱动理论模型。并从过程分析角度深入剖析企业社会责任生态溢出的产生、传递和吸纳机制，通过对企业社会责任生态溢出效应进行测算，最后从能力建设的视角提出我国企业社会责任生态溢出的提升策略，从而架构起完整的企业社会责任生态溢出研究框架。本研究对于促进政府部门加大企业社会责任的扶持力度，明确企业社会责任监管方面的不足之处，协调企业与政府以及其他利益相关者之间的关系具有积极的现实意义。
