基于集成理论的中国产业创新模式、路径与策略研究

In this project, seven-element framework is put forward to analyze industrial integration. A new integration paradigm and an integration function are built, based on R-M-T (Resources, Models and Tools). A model and its internal mechanism of multi-dimensional industrial integrative innovation that integrates basic research, disruptive innovation and collaborative innovation, are advanced and discussed. Integrative innovation effect is studied quantitatively and the equivalent effect surface of is also drawn. L-S (Level and Structure) model about industrial integrative innovation capability is built, 6 components of industrial integrative innovation capability are analyzed by Principal Component Analysis and a comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial integrative innovation capability is constructed, to research how enterprises integrate resources to enhance their competitiveness. The development processes of typical industries are reviewed,and industrial innovation path based on resources, model and tool (R-M-T) is put forward analyzed, the internal mechanism is explained and evolution of China industrial innovation process is empirically studied. Key factors that influence industrial integrative innovation are extracted and how integration subjects use environmental aspects to conduct industrial integrative innovation activities is also discussed. The implementation framework of non-market strategies is constructed, based on Market, Institution and Technology (M-I-T) to promote China's industrial integrative innovation activities, and a game model that the governments of developing countries use and control environment is built to make it easier to condut activities of industrial integrative innovation. A road map about asymmetric competition of market access and technological advances based on industrial innovation is established, and corresponding support policies from the government, are explored to achieve leaps from "Made in China" to "Created in China".

本项目提出产业集成"七要素"架构,基于集成单元、集成模式、集成工具等集成要素建构R-M-T产业集成范式和集成函数；建立融合基础研究、破坏性创新和协同创新的产业集成创新模型，定量研究集成创新效应，绘制集成创新等效应曲面；构建产业集成创新层次-结构（L-S）模型,运用主成分法分析产业集成创新能力的构成并建立综合评价指标体系；分析典型行业发展历程,构建基于集成要素的产业创新演变R-M-T模型，并分析其内在机理，实证研究中国产业创新的演变过程；提取产业集成创新的关键条件,分析集成主体如何利用外部环境实施产业集成创新；提出基于市场、制度、技术的中国产业集成创新的MIT非市场策略实施架构,建立欠发达国家政府环境利用与控制促进产业集成创新的博弈模型，并进行实证研究，并构绘基于产业创新的非对称竞争的市场开放和技术进步路径图,提出相应政策建议，以期实现通过基于集成的产业创新从"中国制造"向"中国创造"的跨越

各种资源并不能直接形成产业的竞争能力。研究资源到竞争能力的产业集成，对产业发展需要的多种资源进行准确的、全面的识别，指导企业合理地将产业资源集中起来，选择一定的集成模式、集成工具和集成路径，以较低的成本，在加快创新速度和扩大创新规模上取得竞争优势，从而在激烈的竞争环境下能够立于不败。产业资源集成有助于产业乃至整个经济体系，寻求一条基于集成的自主创新模式。通过产业集成创新，促进中国产业转型和升级，走一条新型的后发优势之路，实现从“中国制造”向“中国创造”的跨越。.基于上面的分析，从产业集成视角研究了文化创意产业发展模式；基于文献研究的分析，针对我国林业科技创新的现状与问题，提出了相关对策。
