Venous industrial park contributes to substituting "circular economy" for "linear economy" and depressing development from waste excessiveness and resource scarce for China in the transition period of industrialization by decomposing, reusing wastes, which is the practical form of veneous industy. It is critical to choose the proper enterprises, optimize material metabolism and build symbiosis environment scientifically for stable and effective operation of the venous industrial park. But the effecitve methods have not been established. This research will explore the methods and policies to promote the stable and effecitve operation of the venous industrial park from the perspective of material metabolism and industrial symbiosis based on previous work. The research framework of material flow analysis and the model of input-output analysis of the venous industrial park will be constructed. The analysis model of stableness of the industrial symbiosis mode and the analysis model of the mechanism of the affecting factors from the external supporting environment will be constructed. Based on findings of the research, the optimizing model of the mechanism of metabolism of the venous industrial park for the performance goals will be constructed. Finally this research method will be applied to Tianjin Ziya Circular Economy Park. And suggestions on scheme and management to optimize the metabolism of materials, choose the proper enterprises and construct the external supporting environment to promote the development level of the park will be proposed.
静脉产业园区是静脉产业的实践形式,通过分解、再利用废弃物,促使"线性经济"转变为"循环经济",能够有效缓解我国当前工业化过渡时期所面临的巨大资源压力。维持静脉产业园区高效运营,需要科学准入企业、优化物质代谢及提供共生环境支持,然而目前缺乏行之有效的方法支撑。本项目拟从静脉产业园区的物质代谢和产业共生的视角探讨园区稳定、高效运营的实现方法与管理策略;构建静脉产业园区物质流分析框架,形成静脉产业园区投入产出模型;基于生态平衡原理,建立静脉产业园区产业共生模式的稳定性分析与共生环境因素作用机制模型;综合物质代谢与产业共生的研究成果,开展基于园区稳定和效益目标的产业共生机制优化仿真化研究;进一步以天津子牙循环经济产业园为实践案例,验证并优化研究方案,同时为该园区的健康发展提供物质流动路径优化设计、企业准入及支撑环境构建的方案和管理建议。
