全球城市区域视角下长三角金融网络的形成、格局与机理研究

Financial flow is a rather important part of spatial motion of resources and a driving force to promote regional production and economic growth. And the financial network is the carrier where financial resources could flow freely. An integrated financial network might keep economics, consumption and employment rate stable through capital flow adjustment in global financial crisis time. This research takes the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) as an example, focuses on formations, flow situation, patterns evolution and driving mechanisms of the financial network. This research studies financial resource distribution inequality from the history and process of finance development to diversity measured by some indexes. Moreover, this study builds a financial flow network and measures its border effect by network analysis. Based on the global city-region background, this study evaluates the condition of whole financial network and analyses the interaction mechanism of the financial network and the global city-region network. The study proposes possible optimization regulation proposals to promote cooperation, improve financial efficiency and services. The results could not only offer some guides and advice to financial resource allocation and inter-government financial cooperation, but also richen the studies on financial geography in China.

金融要素流动是资源空间运动极其重要的组成部分，是区域进行生产活动并进一步带动经济增长的原动力。而金融网络是金融资源实现自由流动的载体，一体化的金融网络通过调整金融资本流动以便保持经济、消费和就业率稳定。本研究以中国金融资源最为丰裕的长三角作为实证区域，着重分析长三角金融网络的形成、现状、格局演变以及驱动机理。从金融发展的历程及特征，总结出金融网络形成的历史规律，考察长三角金融资源的现状分布差异。使用社会网络分析方法对长三角金融网络进行定量分析，从网络角度对边界效应进行测度，刻画金融网络的演进过程，并判定金融网络的整体状况，在此基础上探讨全球城市网络与区域金融网络的互适机理。依据研究结果提出建立政府间长效合作机制，提高金融市场效率和提升金融市场服务的政策参考。本研究不仅可以为长三角金融资源配置以及政府间金融合作提供导向和政策建议，同时也可以丰富金融地理学的相关研究。
