公众参与环境下基于在线评价/评论信息的决策分析方法研究

This project will conduct the research on decision analysis methods based on online evaluation/review information with respect to the public participation decision-making problems. It is refined from the latest research trends on big data decision theories and methods and the practice in management decision at home and abroad. It is also a new, front and exploratory research topic since it not only has extensive practical background but also has important significance on great theory study and practical application. The main research contents of this project include: the basic problems on decision analysis based on online evaluation/review information under public participation environment; the methods for acquiring and processing public online evaluation/review information; the methods for mining and analyzing key criteria based on public online evaluation/review information; and the methods for aggregating and ranking public information. Further, this project will conduct the research on constructing the decision analysis support system based on public online evaluation/review information, and research on application of the proposed theories and methods based on the backgrounds of several typical practical public participation decision-making problems. The aims of this project are to propose the decision analysis framework, decision analysis methods and techniques based on public online evaluation/review information to support the decision-makers to solve the practical public participation decision-making problems; try to exploit and develop the decision-making theories and methods based on mass public evaluation/review information, and to achieve creative high-level research fruits.

面向公众参与决策问题，研究基于公众在线评价/评论信息的决策分析方法是根据目前国内外基于大数据的决策理论与方法研究发展动态和管理决策实践提炼出来的、具有前沿性和探索性的新课题，它不仅具有大量的实际背景，而且对此研究具有理论和实际意义。本项目的主要研究内容是：基于在公众在线评价/评论信息的决策分析的基础问题，公众在线评价/评论信息的获取与处理方法、基于公众评价/评论信息的关键指标的挖掘与分析方法以及信息集成与排序方法；进一步地，进行基于公众评价/评论信息的决策分析支持系统构建的研究，以现实中若干典型的公众参与决策问题为实际背景，进行理论与方法研究成果的应用研究。本项目的研究目的在于：为支持决策者解决现实中公共参与决策问题，提出基于公众在线评价/评论信息的决策分析框架以及决策分析方法与技术，尝试开拓或发展基于海量公众评价/评论信息的决策理论与方法，取得具有创新性的研究成果。

本项目研究面向公众参与环境下基于在线评价/在线评论信息的决策分析理论与方法，具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。通过近四年的研究工作，取得了丰硕的研究成果，其主要体现在五个方面：进行了公众参与环境下基于线评价/评论信息的决策分析的基础性问题研究，给出了在线评价/在线评论信息的获取与处理方法研究，提出了基于评价/评论信息的关键指标的挖掘与分析方法，提出了基于在线评价/在线评论的信息融合与方案排序方法，开展了构建基于在线评价/在线评论信息的决策分析支持系统以及基于若干典型实际决策问题背景的提出理论与方法的应用研究。通过本项目的研究，较好地完成了预期制定的研究计划，达到了预期研究目标。与已有同类研究成果相比，取得的一些研究成果达到了国际先进水平。针对本项目的研究，在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Expert Systems with Applications》、《Information Sciences》、《Information Fusion》、《International Journal of Information Technology and Decision Making》、《Soft Computing》、《Kybernetes》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《中国管理科学》、《系统管理学报》、《控制与决策》等国内外重要期刊上发表论文23篇；培养博士研究生2人和硕士研究生4人；获得省部级人文社会科学优秀成果奖2项。本项目研究工作的完成，对进一步发展和完善基于在线评价/在线评论的决策分析理论与方法做出了贡献。
