LDE-1是我们克隆的带有凋亡控制基因Bcl-2家族保守的BH-3功能域的新基因。进一步研究LDE-1基因的表达；用酵母双杂交和免疫共沉淀等方法研究LDE-1与Bcl-2家族其他成员蛋白间的相互作用；用转基因技术研究LDE-1基因表达对细胞凋亡的调控和对Bcl-2家族成员调节细胞凋亡的协同或拮抗作用。以阐明LDE-1调控细胞凋亡的功能及其作用机制。.
