Wnt/β-catenin通路信号分子的改变和Aβ的聚集均与AD发生密切相关,该通路的负调节剂Curcumin可防治AD,但具体机制不清。结合前期研究,我们提出"Curcumin通过E-cadherin介导的PS-1/E-cadherin/β-catenin复合物防治AD"。本课题首先以稳定表达APP695sw的单细胞克隆神经细胞系N2AP1为研究对象,采用免疫荧光、免疫共沉淀、蛋白印迹等方法观察
