果蔬类农产品有效供给机制研究

The circulation of fruit and vegetable products is a system problem. It has many links and any link problem can cause the dilemma that agricultural products are difficult to "buy" and "sell". All these will pose a great threat to the effective supply. Therefore, rational construction of the circulation pattern and scientific policy measures to promote the effective supply is the key to solve the "dilemma" situation of fruit and vegetable products. This project will study the circulation process of fruit and vegetable products and supply mechanism through two aspects of quantity and quality, combined with the systematic equilibrium model and game theory. Considering the four dimensions of production, supply, distribution and consumption, the project will study the characteristics of relevant agent and make the four-dimension grid decision matrix corresponding to the agent behavior in different situations which will support the government's decision. Based on the E-commerce platform, the project will construct a circulation network model of fruit and vegetable products. Finally, this project aims to improve the circulation theory of fruit and vegetable products, and build realistic models of agricultural products circulation network, so as to provide decision-making reference for the government to regulate the behavior of fruit and vegetable products market.

果蔬类农产品的生产流通是一个系统问题，环节众多，任何一个环节存在问题都会引起农产品的“买难”、“卖难”，这给果蔬类农产品的有效供给造成巨大威胁。因此，深入研究果蔬类农产品的供给机制，构建合理的果蔬类农产品流通模式，制定科学的政策措施，着力促进有效供给是解决果蔬类农产品“两难”局面的关键。本项目对果蔬类农产品的供给流通过程进行研究，结合系统化均衡模型、博弈相关理论，从供给数量与供给质量两个方面研究果蔬农产品的供给机制；从生产、供给、流通和消费四个维度研究相关主体的特征，针对不同情境下的主体行为制定出政府参与下的四维网格决策矩阵。基于电子商务平台，构建果蔬类农产品流通网络模型。本项目旨在通过以上研究，完善果蔬类农产品供给流通的相关理论，构建切合实际的果蔬类农产品流通网络模型，为进一步指导实践，为政府合理规范果蔬类农产品的市场行为提供决策参考，打下坚实的基础。
