创业供应链视角下机会-资源一体化行为、能力与新企业竞争优势关系研究

In recent years, opportunity-resource integration has become the focus of research in the field of entrepreneurship, and the problem of entrepreneurial supply chain opportunity-resource integration has begun to attract the attention of scholars. However, the construction of entrepreneurial supply chain opportunity-resource integration behavior hierarchy has not been completed yet. The relationship between entrepreneurial supply chain opportunity-resource integration behavior and entrepreneurial supply chain capacity and new ventures’ competitive advantage is not yet clear. Based on the situation of China's transition economy and the perspective of entrepreneurial supply chain capability, with the key variables of entrepreneurial supply chain opportunity-resource integration behavior and new ventures’ competitive advantage, a theoretical framework is established. This project focuses on five basic issues including:(1)the construction of entrepreneurial supply chain opportunity-resource integration behavior hierarchy system;(2) the research on the impact of entrepreneurial supply chain opportunity-resource integration on new ventures’ competitive advantage;(3) the construction of the dimensions of entrepreneurial supply chain capability;(4) the research on the impact of entrepreneurial supply chain capability on new ventures’ competitive advantage;(5) the study of the intermediary role of entrepreneurial supply chain capability on the relationship between entrepreneurial supply chain opportunities - resource integration behavior and new ventures’ competitive advantage. The theoretical and empirical research on the five issues is carried out. This project will have theoretical and practical significance in enriching entrepreneurial theory and guiding the entrepreneurial practice.

近年来，机会-资源一体化逐渐成为创业领域的研究焦点，创业供应链机会-资源一体化也得到了关注。但创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为层次体系的构建尚未完善，创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为与创业供应链能力、新企业竞争优势的关系尚未明晰。本项目基于中国转型经济情境，以创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为、新企业竞争优势为关键变量，基于创业供应链能力视角建立了理论框架。围绕五个问题展开研究：（1）创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为层次体系的构建；（2）创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为对新企业竞争优势的影响研究；（3）创业供应链能力维度的构建；（4）创业供应链能力对新企业竞争优势的影响研究；（5）创业供应链能力对创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为与新企业竞争优势关系的中介作用研究。本项目聚焦新企业如何根据创业供应链机会-资源一体化行为来构筑创业供应链能力，进而提升新企业竞争优势，在丰富创业理论与指导实践方面具有重要意义。

本项目基于创业供应链视角，以创业供应链成员企业为研究对象，立足于创业实践问题和相关理论的不足，构建了创业供应链视角下机会-资源一体化、创业供应链能力、企业绩效以及权力不对称关系模型，揭示创业供应链视角下机会-资源一体化对企业绩效的影响机理，以及权力不对称的调节作用。本项目采用案例研究与实证研究相结合的方法对所构建的理论模型进行分析与验证。在案例研究方面，选取了一汽-大众，及其上游一级供应商A企业、二级供应商B企业、下游一级经销商C企业等4家企业为案例研究对象展开案例讨论与分析。实证研究方面，基于长春、成都、佛山、青岛和天津等五个城市的一汽-大众上下游企业开展大样本问卷调查，以得到的454份有效问卷对研究模型进行验证。本项目主要研究成果体现在以下几个方面：（1）基于创业供应链视角，构建了机会-资源一体化对企业绩效影响机理的理论模型；（2）系统探讨了机会-资源一体化的概念，构建了机会-资源一体化概念体系，并对其量表进行开发；（3）在系统梳理供应链相关能力研究的基础上，构建创业供应链能力概念体系，包括界定创业供应链能力概念内涵及开发测量量表；（4）深入探究了创业供应链视角下机会-资源一体化对企业绩效的影响机理；（5）剖析了权力不对称对机会-资源一体化与创业供应链能力之间关系的影响。本项目研究的理论贡献如下：第一，本项目基于创业供应链视角揭示机会-资源一体化对企业绩效的作用机理，既丰富了对机会-资源一体化的相关研究，又为机会-资源一体化研究开辟了全新视角。第二，本项目研究立足于供应链相关能力的研究，剖析创业供应链能力的内涵和维度，弥补创业供应链能力相关理论和实证研究的不足，并有助于打开机会-资源一体化到企业绩效的黑箱。第三，基于创业供应链中权力不对称的普遍存在性，本项目研究检验了权力不对称的调节作用，丰富了权力不对称的相关研究。
