About one hundred surface sediment samples are collected from Poyang lake, and representative sediment core are drilled with piston rod sampler. Accordance to the dating of samples which are determined by 210Pb and 137Cs, then about 50 sediment samples are obtained from the core whose ages are from 0 to 100yr. The data of vegetation, wetlands and economy during 100 years in Poyang lake region are obtained. The biomarkers of sediments are ditermined by GC-MS, and the pollen assemblages of samples were also identified. The proxies are obtained from n-alkanes, and the pollen ratioes are from herbaceous , woody pollen data, then the studies of the correlations between alkane proxies and pollen ratioes and modern vegetations are carried out, which can assess the reliability of vegetational information recorded by n-alkane, and then the vegetaion change will be reconstructed by the proxies since 100yr. The index of human activities is obtained through vegetation abundance and economic data, and the correlation between n-alkanes and human activities will be analysed, then we will asses the correlation and obtain the equation. Through the project research, we explore the relationship between n-alkanes and human activities, provide a reliable method for the studies on the ecological environment impact of human activities.
采集鄱阳湖代表性表层沉积样品约100个,并用代表性沉积柱状样品。通过样品210Pb和137Cs测年,确定样品年代,获得100年来的沉积物样品约50个。收集鄱阳湖及其流域的植被、湿地及社会经济发展数据。利用GC-MS分析样品的生物标志物;并对样品进行孢粉鉴定。利用正构烷烃建立比值参数,草本、木本孢粉建立比值参数,研究正构烷烃与孢粉指标的相关性;分析现代沉积正构烷烃参数与调查植被资料的相关性,评估正构烷烃记录植被信息的可靠性,利用正构烷烃参数反演近100年来鄱阳湖各生物组分变化。通过对各组分植物丰度和社会经济发展情况加权获得人类活动强度指数。分析正构烷烃参数与鄱阳湖区域人类活动强度指数的相关性,明确正构烷烃参数记录人类活动的可靠性,并建立两者的关系式。通过项目研究,探索区域人类活动与鄱阳湖沉积正构烷烃的关系,为今后研究人类活动对区域生态环境影响提供可靠的研究手段。
