X-ray phase contrast imaging has important applications in food, pharmaceutics, biology, medicine, energy source, security check and analyzing the samples composed of light elements in other fields. X-ray gratings phase contrast imaging plays an important role in X-ray phase contrast imaging. In order to develop the X-ray phase contrast imaging based on the two-dimensional transmission gratings with a high aspect ratio, the method of fabricating the two-dimensional capillary transmission gratings which could be used for the X-rays with available energy will be designed. Two types of the two-dimensional transmission glass capillary high-aspect-ratio gratings with a shape of “cylindrical plane” and “conical plane”, respectively, will be fabricated for the Talbot–Lau interferometer. Two types of principle prototypes of Talbot–Lau interferometer based on the two-dimensional capillary transmission gratings will be designed. The experimental platforms of these principle prototypes will be constructed and the corresponding methods and standards of using such platforms will be designed. The theoretical analyzing method and the corresponding technological standard for the Talbot–Lau interferometer based on the two-dimensional capillary transmission gratings will be constructed through inspecting the foreign body composed of light elements in food. These will provide the source support of theory and technology for develop the corresponding facilities.
X射线相位衬度(相衬)成像技术在食品科学、药品科学、生物学、医学、能源、安检和其他领域由轻元素组成的样品检测中具有重要的应用。X射线光栅相衬成像在X射线相衬成像技术中占有重要位置。为了发展基于大“高宽比”的二维透射X射线光栅的相衬成像技术,我们将设计和建立可以研制适用于任何能量X射线的毛细管二维透射光栅的方法,并研制用于Talbot-Lau光栅干涉仪的两种大“高宽比”的玻璃毛细管X射线二维透射光栅:“柱体平面形光栅”和“锥体平面形光栅”。设计两种基于毛细管X射线二维透射光栅的Talbot-Lau干涉仪的原理样机,并搭建原理样机实验平台,建立实验平台相应的使用方法和规范。以食品中由轻元素构成的异物为检测对象,建立基于毛细管X射线二维透射光栅的Talbot-Lau干涉仪成像理论分析方法和相应的技术规范,为设计研制相应的成像设备提供源头理论和技术支撑。
