Venture survival rate in China is less than 30% and the average life of enterprises is less than 3 years. Lack of innovation potential, narrow space of growth has become a major obstacle which prevents China's "management of economy" to "entrepreneurial economy" process. It is necessary to establish a dynamic matching incubation network with condideration of the cycle of Chinese entrepreneurial growth,. This project is based on the business incubator practice under Chinese context as the research object; adopts the research method of historical cases and grounded theory method to build and test the dynamic growth process of Chinese business incubator network of matching model. Project study aims to construct the multi-level incubation network for Chinese innovation under the background of discrete distribution, to provide the theory support for Chinese innovation under the background of the validity of resource scarcity, business incubation. Specifically, this research aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) By constructing the dynamic matching model, stage of development of individual network structure characteristics of business cycles in the empirical study on entrepreneurial performance is tested. Stage effect demonstration network poineering growth relationship types on entrepreneurial performance is demonstrated. By constructing the network of entrepreneurial growth path, this research will provide theoretical guidance for the enterprise external network strategy the entrepreneurial process; (2) Through the typical case study, this paper analyse regional incubation network critical scale implementation issues, provides strategic options for the construction of regional incubation network . Combined with the Chinese capital city industrial base, technology base, social capital, venture capital, financial institutions and venture performance status, an analysis model of panel data is constructed, and a study on the influence of regional incubation network growth factors is conducted. This research will provide symbiotic dynamic matching strategy from the local network level for entrepreneurial growth,It will also provide theoretical guidance for the construction of regional incubators network and governance. (3) By constructing dynamic state incubator network system model, the simulation results and the actual data are compared and analyzed. The best state of demonstration of national incubator network system under the variable level is studied and demonstrated. From the perspective of national innovation ecosystem as an incubator, this research will provide collaborative dynamic matching strategy venture growth of two hatch as well as industry / cluster incubation, It will also provide strategic basis for optimizing the national incubator network system.
中国创业存活率低于30%,存活企业平均寿命不超过3年。创新潜力缺乏、成长空间狭窄已成为中国"管理型经济"向"创业型经济"转变进程的一大障碍。克服创业"阶段夭折",培育"创新潜力",需要围绕中国创业成长的周期规律,尽快构建起动态匹配的孵化网络。本项目以创业成长为主线,采取动态跟踪与历史案例相结合的研究方案,立足企业孵化理论、社会网络理论以及创新生态理论,按照个体网、局域网以及整体网的三维网络分析范式,研究中国创业环境下孵化网络如何动态匹配。首先,从个体网维度分析企业自我中心网络如何与创业成长实现周期性匹配;其次,从局域网维度分析区域孵化网络如何在演进中与创业成长实现共生匹配;最后,从整体网维度分析国家孵化网络如何在系统运行中与创业成长实现协同匹配。同时,以上研究也解答了网络识别、供给以及优化三个连锁问题。本项目对于中国创新资源约束情景下孵化效率的提高以及创业企业持续成长,具有重要的研究价值。
随着“大众创业,万众创新”政策的提出,我国的创业活动呈现突破式增长,在信息技术的催生下,创业活动的网络化趋势越发明显,创业活动的参与主体逐渐多元化,而现有的研究仍然停留在对创业网络组织表象的解释,这就为创业网络组织的研究提供了空间,创业存活及其可持续成长受到了理论界与实践界的持续关注,高科技创新的孵化更成为科技创新领域的研究热点。在创业资源约束的背景下,孵化资源的有效配置更显得尤为重要。将“网络”与“过程”实现有机结合则能更进一步研究网络孵化的匹配模式,实现资源约束下的科学决策,提升网络孵化的理论深度。本项目以网络孵化为主线,采取动态跟踪与历史案例相结合的研究方案,立足于社会网络理论、网络能力理论、网络关系理论以及创新生态理论等,按照网络、过程与匹配的递进顺序,研究中国创业环境下孵化过程与创业过程如何动态匹配。首先对网络孵化的研究背景、创业活动的网络化以及网络孵化文献进行归纳梳理,并对网络成因进行理论分析;其次,理论与研究对象相结合,使网络这一抽象的理论体系得以具体化,通过对网络组织理论的体系丰富与拓展应用,诠释网络孵化的本质;再次,从过程角度研究网络孵化,通过对过程规律的把握来实现准确孵化;最后,在创业资源不足的情况下,通过网络孵化的匹配理论围绕创业企业的成长过程完成精准孵化。本项目对于中国创新创业资源约束背景下孵化效率的提高以及创业企业的可持续成长具有重要的理论和实践意义。
