面向社交媒体的群体性事件态势感知与演化机理研究

Cyberspace group event is an essentially influential way of creating public opinions and leading social action for a group of online users. During this process, depending on emotion changes of users, the life cycle of a group event usually includes warning, burst, mitigation and rehabilitation phases. These phases are called event situation. In social media, information can quickly gather to form a public opinion, which will lead to the growth and spread of group events on the Web. We will carried out fine-grained study on group events from the perspective of situational awareness and evolution analysis, including: 1) present a model for on-line detection of group events and utilize unified semantic representation of cyberspace group events for cross-media tracking; 2) study the theory of group emotion gathering, as well as evolution of group emotion with the change of topic, event, time, and other factors; 3) research on situation representation of group events, the rules of interaction between group emotion and group events, so as to realize situational awareness and evolution analysis of cyberspace group events in social media.

网络群体性事件本质上是网民群体围绕某事件或主题，通过网络聚集方式制造社会舆论，引发社会行动的具有重要影响力的事件。从宏观层面上，随着关注事件的网络用户群体的情绪波动，群体性事件的生命周期通常会经历预警、爆发、缓解和善后等阶段性状态，称之为群体性事件态势。在社交媒体上，群体性事件的主题更新快、情感波动频繁、覆盖人群广，这使得信息可以迅速汇聚形成舆论，从而加剧了网络群体性事件的滋生和传播，给国家安定、社会和谐带来了隐患。本课题面向社交媒体从态势感知与演化分析的角度对群体性事件进行细粒度刻画和探究，具体研究内容包括：1）实时检测网络群体性事件，并利用统一的语义表示对群体性事件进行跨媒体跟踪；2）研究由个体到群体的情感聚集原理，以及群体情感随主题、事件、时间等因素的演化机理；3）研究群体性事件态势表征，以及群体情感与事件的互动规律，实现面向社交媒体的群体性事件态势感知与演化分析。

在社交媒体中，群体性事件的主题更新快、情感波动频繁、覆盖人群广，这使得信息可以迅速汇聚形成舆论，从而加剧了网络群体性事件的滋生和传播，给国家安定、社会和谐带来了隐患。本课题面向社交媒体从态势感知与演化分析的角度对群体性事件进行细粒度刻画和探究，主要围绕以下研究内容做出一定贡献：（1）基于情感-主题模型的群体性事件检测，并利用统一的语义表示对群体性事件进行识别与跟踪；（2）基于用户特征的群体情感演化模型，研究群体情感的聚集机制，以及群体情感随主题、事件、时间等因素的演化机理；（3）群体事件相关信息的不确定性识别，提出了基于注意力机制的长短时记忆网络（LSTM）与卷积神经网络（CNNs）相结合的方法，进行社交媒体文本的不确定性识别。. 目前，项目组已完成申请书中提出的各项工作目标，代表性成果包括：出版学术著作1本，发表SCI/SCIE检索国际期刊论文1篇，EI检索国际会议论文2篇，申报国家发明专利1项，荣获中国人工智能学会年度最佳青年科技成果奖1项。
