Synthesis of zeolitic materials by combinatorial vapor-phase transport method can greatly reduce the experiment time, increase the efficiency, lower the cost of the materials,and is an environmentally friendly processs. In this project, we designed a combinatorial reactor which is suitable for the sythesis of zeolitic materials by vapor-phase transporttechnique. TS-1 and aluminophosphates were successfully synthesized in this reactor. We extensively examined the sythesis factors such as the ratio of silicon, aluminum, phosphous,titanium, the type of the amines, reaction time and temperature. TS-1 was synthesized in a steam vapor atmosphere and SAPO-34, AlPO4-5,SAPO-5,AlPO4-11 and SAPO-11 were prepared in an organic amine vapor atmosphere, respectively. The above results demonstrate that the combinatorial method can quickly screen the recipes for zeolitic materials synthesis.On the other hand, synthesis of zeolitic materials by vapor-phase transport method is agreen route for the production of molecular sieves.
