城市复兴视野下的吉林省工业遗产保护与利用研究

Since the foreign powers started to invest railway and mining enterprises in Jilin province at the end of the Ching Dynasty, Jilin province has been a relatively quickly-developed region in terms of the Chinese contemporary industrialization. From the national industrial development under the ruling of the Feng Group, deformed expansion of colonial industry development during Mukden Incident and Soviet Union's assistance of building industrialization during the "First Five-Year Plan" to the accomplishment of Northeast old industrial base in 1965. The centennial development in Jilin Province has left a large number industrial heritage with distinctive regional characteristics and the mark of the times. In this study, research is built on the basis of the census and login of industrial heritage in Jilin Province; we use summary description of its historical background and development process; analysis of its basic characteristics and elements is precisely made; enhancement of the value and construction of evaluation system also is bound to be finished; By employment of urban regeneration theory and in the orientation of a holistic, comprehensive and long-term view, this study aims to explore the conserving strategies and development model for the Jilin Province industrial heritage. At the operational, we elaborate and prove the three aspects of industrial heritage body, urban design and urban planning. Conservation and regeneration of the industrial heritage of Jilin Province will help improve people's awareness of the value of industrial heritage and endow the industrial heritage with new content and functionality which; will finally contribute to the region's future development and the formation of transformation model. Eventually the study will play a significant role in embodying the industrial history and cultural values.

吉林省是中国近代工业化水平发展较早较快地区，从清末民初列强投资吉林省的铁路工矿企业起，历经奉系集团统治期的民族工业发展、"九一八"前后的殖民工业畸形膨胀和"一五"期间的苏联援建，至1965年东北老工业基地基本建设完成，百余年的发展为吉林省留下了大量具有鲜明地域特色，刻有时代印记的工业遗产。本研究以对吉林省工业遗产的普查与登录为基础；总结描述其时代背景与发展历程；分析其基本特征与构成要素；提升价值，构建评价体系；引入城市复兴理论，以整体、综合及长期的观点为导向，对吉林省工业遗产的保护策略与开发模式进行研究；并在操作层面上分别在工业遗产本体、城市设计和城市规划三个架构下进行阐述与论证，形成专题研究与专项设计。吉林省工业遗产的保护与复兴研究将有助于提高对工业遗产的价值认识，赋予工业遗产以新的内涵和功能，对于区域未来发展、改造模式、体现工业历史与文化价值均具有重大意义。

本课题研究从清末民初至1965年近百余年间吉林省发展留下的大量印有时代印记的工业遗产。这些工业遗产历经清末民初外国资本的涌入、奉系军阀民族工业的发展、“九一八”前后殖民工业畸形膨胀和“一五”期间的苏联援建，直至1965年东北老工业基地基本建设完成，具有鲜明地地域特色，产业类型齐全。本研究在对吉林省工业遗产普查与登录的基础上，总结其时代背景与发展历程、分析其构成要素和基本特征、对其价值进行分析、建立吉林省工业遗产的价值评价体系、介入城市复兴理论对其保护策略与开发再利用模式进行研究，并在操作层面上进行长春市工业遗产保护专题研究，并推进一汽历史街区保护专项设计。.本课题的研究依据申报书中“年度研究计划及预期研究成果”中的进度安排，围绕上述研究内容，组织相关人员搜集历史资料、实地考察掌握了第一手资料，并在此基础上展开理论分析与研究，期间还积极参加国内国际的学术交流活动。课题研究期间，发表期刊论文10篇、国际会议论文22篇（其中EI检索论文3篇），完成研究生硕士论文20篇（还有1名相关研究生将在2017年06月参加硕士答辩），出版学术专著1部，并整理完成最终结题报告，较好地完成了申报书中的预期研究目标。.本课题对于吉林省工业遗产保护和复兴的研究提高了对于工业遗产的价值认识，赋予工业遗产以新的内涵和功能，对于区域未来发展、改造模式、体现工业历史与文化价值均具有重大意义。
