The extensive studies have been devoted to the field of material sciences about fullerene.derivatives because of the three-dimensional structure of the type of C60 molecule. Its derivatives.coming from chemistry modification indicate a possibility of application on the optical limiting.against laser. In this item the major content is synthesis of C60 derivatives with an excellent.properties of non-linear optical. A lot of works on both of modification for the electronic structure.on the surface of C60 and designation of side chain structure have been completed. 38 compounds.have been synthesized. There are 8 C60 derivatives in among of 17 new compounds. All the.characterization spectra about 6 C60 derivatives have been obtained..(1) Several C60 derivatives with different side chain and types of joinning to C60 have.been obtained through the reaction of compounds selected with multiple azido.group and designing functional group and C60..(2) Expansion of the surface ring and growth of the cage volume of fullerenes have.suggested a possibility of implanting some small particles inside fullerenes..国家自然科学基金资助项目结题报告.4.(3) Non-linear optical properties of C60 derivatives synthesized have been tested at the.wavelength 532nm, 8ns pulse. 选择合成具有较强光限幅效应的化合物,键连到C60上,使二者的限幅效应互为补充,使之能够扩大防护范围,提高相应速度,降低限幅幅值。研究键结构类型与限幅效应的关系及光限幅机理,研究富勒烯球笼作适度改俩功能改良后的电子特性。本项目的目的在于探索新型的光限幅材料,不仅具有热点应用的背景,而且丰富富勒烯的研究内容。
