A one-dimensional accretion column model is presented to discribe the variations of the infalling velocity, density and temperature of the infalling material. In simple torus beaming model, we calculate the theoretical degree of polarization of Seyfert 2 due to electron-scattering. Using the method of principal component analysis, we find some new age sensitive indices, and proposed a stellar population synthesis method to analyse two-dimension distribution of the characteristic parameters of galaxies. Analysis of ASCA observation of the X-ray pulsar 1SAX J1324.4-6200, we get precise pulse period, and find that it is significantly larger than the pulse period determined from previous observations, agreed well with a linear spin-down of the pulsar. We point out it would join the small number of LMXB pulsar known. The interior structure and phase transitions of rotating neutron stars have been investigated by the theoretical deduction and numerical calculations. It has been found that whether there exists an era of spin-up of a pulsar as it spins down due to the loss of its angular momentum sensitively depends on the crustal equation of state and the accuracy of the neumerical methods. It has been put forward that the neutrino diffusion in the interior of protoneutron stars will cause the change of their interior structure, even result in an era of spin-up. A new model in which high temperature blobs are ejected from an optically thin advection-dominated accretion disk in low-luminosity active galactic nuclei has been built It has been found that the observed profile of an emission line from the relativistic outflow arould a black hole sensitive to the intrinsic properties of the jets, the parameters of the black hole and the viewing angle.

本项目将重新审查已有的磁中子星的吸积理论,在定量模拟计算吸积物质与中子星磁层的相互作用的基础上,给出中子星吸积柱的合适的几何结构,并对吸积柱上极强辐射压激波存在的条件、气体压以及热核反应对吸积柱结构的影响作深入、系统的研究。理论计算吸积过程中伴随着角动量的转移对脉冲周期的影响。这对于理解磁中子星吸积物理过程有重要意义。
