创新集群、创业动力与区域经济发展研究

Innovation cluster is the base of Chinese development to innovation country, and entrepreneurship is crucial to its growth, which has not been paid adequate attention by extant literatures. This project, from the perspective of entrepreneurship, will develop a model taking into account innovation and subsequently examine it empirically, in light of innovation cluster characteristics, Chinese innovation cluster practice, and integration with fields of industrial cluster, regional innovation systems, entrepreneurship mechanism and regional economic growth. This project will study the direct and moderating impacts of entrepreneurship in innovation clusters on innovation cluster development and regional economic growth, specifically, including: (1) The impacts of entrepreneurship on innovation cluster development and regional economic growth, containing its path, mechanism and effects. (2) The interaction between entrepreneurial and innovative activities. (3) The structure, inside mechanism and realizing process of innovation impetus. (4) Government policy implications and relevant measures from the perspective of entrepreneurship. The study results can contribute to research on the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation clusters, and provide theoretical reference and practice guidance for regional economic growth from the perspective of facilitating entrepreneurship.

创新集群是我国建设创新型国家的重要基础，创业对于创新集群的成长具有关键作用，现有研究对此关注不够。本项目将整合有关集群发展、区域创新系统、创业机制与区域经济增长方面的研究，针对创新集群的本质特点，结合我国创新集群的实际，主要从创业的角度，提出一个包含有创新范畴的理论模型与分析框架，采集数据资料进行实证，研究在创新集群中，创业（以及通过对创新的调节作用）与集群发展、经济增长之间的影响关系与作用机制。内容主要包括：（1）创业对于创新集群发展、区域经济增长的影响路径、机理及其效应；（2）创新集群中创业活动与创新活动的交互关系；（3）创业动力的构成要素、关联机制与实现过程；（4）基于创业视角的政策意义及相关措施。研究成果可以推进创业与创新集群发展的关系研究，同时也可为我国创新集群发展、区域经济增长从创业驱动的角度提供理论借鉴和经验支持。

项目在国家自然科学基金面上项目的资助下，依据申请书的计划全面展开，扎实地完成了研究任务，深化了创新集群、创业动力与区域经济发展的相关研究，并取得了丰硕的研究成果，主要研究成果阐述如下：项目系统整理与分析了创新集群、创业动力及区域经济发展的理论成果，构建与完善了计划书当中的研究框架与模型；通过实地调研我国华东、华南及华北6省市的部分高新技术产业园区，获得了实证分析的基础数据，并主要运用结构方程模型、空间计量模型等研究方法，对相关研究主题进行了理论或实证分析；项目研究成果获得了预期成果，已发表学术论文近20余篇，其中11篇发表于国家自然基金委认定的A类期刊；出版专著一部；参加了11次国内外会议；培养了研究生12人。
